In their own words
Unethical Business Practice! The only reason why this company have high ratings is because they delete real reviews and create their own to boost their ratings. They deleted my original review. There is nothing simple about Simple Moving Solutions. DO NOT USE THEM!!! Don't not have them move anything that is expensive or near and dear to you because it will be either stolen or damaged. Movers, Keon and Derek are thieves and unprofessional. How do you show up to a job site without proper tools!
We hired simple solutions in December to move our household. The move seemed to be going well we treated them to lunch and gave one of them and expensive exercise bike we no longer used. It was toward the end of the day and move we gave them all a nice tip. Well that was a mistake. At the end of the move they dropped a brand new refrigerator putting significant dents in the door. Instead of having 2 guys moving it there was only one and it wasn't strapped to the dolly. Ok, so accidents happen.
Requested a quote, which I received. Told the guy I’d let him know, that I was going to get additional quotes. He promptly told me I’d get what I pay for, that they are the best, etc., convincing me to hire them. I told him I needed part of my furniture moved to my new home, part placed in storage while my basement was being finished. He said he’d help me out with that, that he’d look for a storage facility near my new home.
Scam company. They have to write fake reviews for themselves to boost their ratings. They scammed us for $1000+ . They wait until your stuff is loaded so you feel obligated to pay their jacked price. Learn from our mistake and tell them to unload the trailer and leave. Get someone else. I'm going to be writing $1000 worth of the truth so hopefully this business will either get honest or quit
I used this company in January 2025. The moving crew was polite, but did not set up my furniture properly at the new location. One of my boxes went "missing" during the move, and the company contact did not seem to care. Not a good experience !
To make a long story short I hired three men instead of two b/c I was told that this would save me time and money. Wrong! Please don't fall for this! Two men worked while the third guy talked on his cellphone the ENTIRE duration of the …
Hey, I am so sorry about you moving experience with the previous owners. We bought this company in 2021. If you need anything in the future don’t hesitate to call.
A see other reviews A 9am, 3 men, 7 hr , 1 truck move turned into a 10:30am, 11/2 men, 3/4truck, 161/2 , 2 day move with an addition ($400 plus ) charge and note: nothing on my …
If I could give zero stars I would. They stole soo much of property it’s insane. We paid these people over 6k and half of our stuff was either damaged or stolen.
We are sorry to hear about your experience. What is the name you booked the move under as we can not find you in our CRM software? Please reach out to our office so we can clarify the situation. If items were damaged or missing, we would … More

In their own words
I have used a lot of moving companies over the years, but Simple Moving Solutions is by far the best! From the first call to book the appointment to the last piece of furniture that was placed it was a great experience. The movers Chris H. and Greg were on time, polite, hard working, and extra careful with everything they touched. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thanks for going above and beyond to make this move go so smoothly.
Great communication. Excellent paper trail. Moving crew were amazing to work with. Would totally use them again.
My furniture move had to be split into two separate days because I have a lot of furniture. I had the same group of guys each time and they were excellent! They were super gentle with my furniture and great care was taken with each piece. Of note is that a champagne flute was left in a corner china cabinet that no one was aware of. That champagne flute made the move without so much as a chip in it! I cannot say enough good things about the group that moved me and I would give them 10 stars if I could.
We used Simple Movers for our 135-mile move last week. Angelo Sosa coordinated the move and Beth came the day before to record the inventory. The movers unloaded our house one day and loaded our destination house the next day. They were …
