Am currently sitting at Extra Space storage while the owner has stolen my belongings because despite telling them I would pay for this time on this move, he wants me to pay for their workers to sit and watch me pack at $200/hr and refuse to even help make a box. After assuring me when I warned him I hadn’t finished packing before they ever arrived and then once after they were there that they would help me get it all done and not to worry.

MY RESPONSE TO Gameday Moving Services response...- Gameday Moving Services responded that their Insurance Carrier determined that my furniture damage was Pre-existing. That is not what I was told. Both the Insurance Agent and the adjuster told us that Gameday Moving DID NOT have insurance to cover damage that occurred during the transportation of our furniture, only damages that occurred inside the home, and that's what the adjuster focused on during his visit. The damages to our furniture WAS NOT PRE-EXISTING.

I was very unhappy with this moving service. At $135 per hour for 5 men, I expected professional movers that would know what they were doing. These young men were very nice, but they were not knowledgeable. We were quoted for 5 hours, they took 8. They paid no regard to the signs on boxes saying fragile, or keep upright,resulting in several items getting damaged and broken. They charged us over $1,000, left without ,moving our piano, and leaving a lot of our items damaged. I would not recommend.

Do not use this moving service under any circumstances, they damaged some of our furniture and completely destroyed our new tv console in the bedroom. Tv console was close to $3,000. The rug in the bedroom was also new $800.00, I had before and after pictures of this furniture, sent the pictures to them of before and after. They refused to pay for the damage. They got thick grease on the new rug that won’t come out.
Do you not use this service under any circumstances. Our sorority used it last year for storage during sorority recruitment and they damaged some pieces of furniture which they picked up but have never returned. We have called them …
We hired them in August to store furniture for a sorority at UGA. Several pieces were damaged and have yet to be returned to us. They don't respond to phone calls or emails. I do not recommend them.

Game Day movers were amazing! Demetric was extremely friendly and helpful when we needed to adjust both date and time of the move. Dennis, Justin and the other movers were friendly and very efficient. They did the near impossible task of fitting a front load washer and dryer on pedestals into the tightest laundry room on Earth and kept their sense of humor and professionalism! The price was very competitive. I would fully recommend this company.

Justin and his crew at Gameday Moving Services helped me move from a 3-bedroom home to a 2-bedroom apartment. Downsizing can be challenging, but they handled everything efficiently and did a great job. They quickly disassembled and reassembled my beds with no issues, there were no scratches on the walls, and the entire team was friendly and professional. The pricing was very fair, and I would absolutely recommend them again.
