To my dismay and horror , I discovered my beautiful furniture was ruined on a recent trip to my unit , that was prompted by a letter from Devon,that they were increasing the prices again!!! I immediately called the on-site manager who came out and took pictures and said she would report this as a incident to her manager who was on vacation at the time. The damage incurred was due to water damage because the ceiling in my unit was leaking.

The manager here took it upon himself to double lock my storage for the weekend he affected my work schedule, keeping my tools locked and not answering phone calls until noon on Monday.. not like my account is behind cause I have the receipt, but now when I call the bill showing unpaid and he wants to say he did it cause I was here after hours. I had 24-hour access, and they changed it without notice and rekeyed the lock to not work.

I was never able to get into my unit. I had a u haul full of stuff and I had to pay for another day. The following day I still could not reach anyone despite having the call center put out emergency notifications, leaving voicemaild and calling countless times. I had to Buy another unit from another company. And i'm glad I did, because I would've had to pay for yet another day of the uhaul. Adding so much more expense and stress to a move that is already stressful was the last thing I needed.

Half of the time the front gate is wide open because it is malfunctioning and the other half of the time you cannot access your unit because the access key pad has no power or broken. Seems no one is ever on sight to help either. Be sure you schedule a move out date at the end of the month. If you move out date is within the first week of a new month you are charged for the entire month without any prorated dates.
