My furniture was being ruined by mice in the unit. I tried to use the insurance from the company and was denied with excuses and profanity. The property manager Mark who lives on the premises is a rude, disrespectful, unprofessional guy who will lie to the owner for his own good. The guy should be fired for the way he behaves when no one is looking. This place needs to shut down. I do not recommend.

After only two months of renting they DOUBLED the price of my unit. There’s also a hidden insurance fee they do not blatantly tell you about. the annoyance of having to move my stuff AGAIN bc my rental price was double actually has me in another dimension. Thank GOD I didn’t have a bigger unit packed with stuff. When I called to cancel my unit after I moved out, the guy I talked to was super friendly tho and already process my move out bc he saw my unit cleaned out lol.
