Hello Nancy, Unfortunately you didn’t accept our quote and therefore you were not on our schedule. Due to the fact that we are extremely busy, our assistant mentioned that it could take up to 48 hours to respond.
My experience with this company is bittersweet. The gentleman that I worked with they were very nice very courteous very prompt however I made several requests during the move that they did not listen to. First of all they put my TVs an 80 inch TV and a 65 inch TV in the back of the pod that was moving 1200 miles. They put nothing around it to secure it and all the items that they put above it fell during transit onto the TVs. They put holes in my dining room chair.
Last time I checked, you don’t normally have to pay extra to make sure your movers aren’t negligent with your belongings. Do not pay for them to pack your things. They’ll break everything you care about and then say it’s your fault for not paying them extra. Hired L’Goff for our move last summer and Josh did our quote and was nice and very helpful.
L Goff moving services has truly and utterly done the complete opposite of what they include in their "mission statement". I have not felt at all like their service or customer service has been concierge like at all. f every time I call to even begin the process of getting a price quote their phone disconnects. no one ever calls back with a quote or requested information. I scheduled a walk thru for this morning and no one showed up.

I cannot recommend L Goff Moving Services highly enough! They handled the relocation of my 83 yr old Mom with such care, professionalism, and heart that it exceeded all expectations. Crew leader Josh and his outstanding team-Billie, Antwon, and Wilber-went above and beyond from start to finish. They worked efficiently but never rushed, making sure everything was properly wrapped ,secured, and placed exactly where we wanted it in the new home. The entire process was smooth, on time, and worry -free.
Great experience using L'Goff, they were professional, great value, and Kyle and Josh were in constant contact. Awesome experience. Will use again.
The four guys from L'Goff Moving Services restored our faith in humanity--they were kind, professional, generous, extraordinarily competent, and *very* fair in their pricing. All this after a horrible, traumatizing loading experience on the front end of our cross-country move (with "movers" who charged us 25% more than L'Goff, arrived stoned, took frequent "smoke" breaks over the 10.5 hours they took to load us, stole our stuff, broke other stuff, damaged our house, etc.).
The L’Goff team headed up by Josh was a godsend. The team handled our move with courtesy and professionalism and took great care with our belongings. They treated us like family. And the cost was very reasonable. Our compliments to Billy, Wilmer, T’wan and Yot. We recommend L’Goff Moving without reservation.
