One of their employees stole my Rolex watch from a nightstand in the bedroom while moving my parents in Kent, WA. They were the recommended movers by the retirement home. Do not trust them.

It's hard to put into words how happy I was with James and the crew. The crew was very professional with my cross town move. At the last minute, literally while they were packing up the truck, I learned that my house wouldn't be accessible since our contractors hadn't finished the flooring on time. As if moving isn't already stressful enough! But it was no worry for James and his team, who went with the flow and miraculously fit all my belongings into my garage and basement!
