⚠️ DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Unfortunately they are negligent, lack integrity and are unprofessional to say the least! On Nov. 20th their driver absolutely DESTROYED our beautiful neighborhood entry gate, we have several witnesses, pictures, and even a case with Washington State Patrol. They stated that they know their driver made a mistake and were very apologetic and instructed us to get a repair estimate immediately and they would take care of it.

08/17 - I've uploaded screenshots of public business records showing that these companies are all owned by the same person. UPDATE: After posting this negative review, the company reached out to me and had me email their claims department, who eventually reached back out to offer me a refund totaling 4% of my total charges under the condition that I remove this negative review.

If I could give this company a rating of 0 stars I would. They helped me with packing and moving, along with junk removal as I was downsizing. Over the course of the day, the movers drank my alcohol without my permission, moved boxes and bags full of trash into my apartment instead of removing it like I had asked and paid for, left moving supplies in my old place, moved some stuff but not other stuff and some stuff almost got thrown away, they put kitchen stuff in my bedroom and outside, and bedroom stuff in my…
I want to recommend them because for the most part, it was a good experience. The guys showed up, did what they were supposed to do and it did fairly fast. We had a 98in tv we talked to them about before removing it from the wall. I told them if they were going to break ANYTHING please don’t let it be this. We discussed whether or not they wanted us to wrap it or if they wanted to do it. They said if they were moving it, they wanted to do it. I agreed. When we got the new house they unboxed it and it was broken.
I didn't have a very great experience. First it was quite hard to communicate people that don't speak English. They started to move some of my boxes but they weren't taped down, I had to tell them. Some of the boxes on the bottom they weren't even taped securely. I had to point that out to them as well. They weren't even going to wrap my pictures. To be honest they really didn't care. I feel if one has a job moving people they should care about the customer and their belongings.
The movers charged me $200 more than the actual cost of moving my belongings. I ask for a receipt pertaining to what I paid the movers & I never received a receipt. The company sent me one & when I question why the movers charged me $200 more that what the invoice shown , he stated it was a tip , which is a lie . I was told they would investigate the issue & I never received a follow up.
Please tell your drivers to stop blocking the entry and exit of neighboring buildings specifically the sky glass and mark on 8th building. It’s extremely inconvenient when people are trying to get to and from work and they aren’t able to leave the building due to your inability to read signs

Three of the most efficient guys came I’ve worked with and loaded our whole house up in less than two hours, did such a good job wrapping our furniture, mirror, taking care of disassembly and reassembly of bed frames and came in under the budget they originally quoted us. Cannot recommend using this company more!!! They were outstanding.

I called and got quotes from multiple companies for a local move with an additional stop to storage. Two Men were the most convenient to schedule, provide inventory estimates and were quick to call back when I has questions. Everything was online (convenient) and they confirmed multiple times before and on moving day. Will recommend to anyone needing movers!

These guys are great! The communication was fabulous.. They sent reminders and kept us informed of their arrival time. We had a crew of three to move my parents into assisted living. They were friendly, respectful and effecient! Everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!
