Edit: Buyer beware with this company. Review the negative reviews of this company and more importantly the response from the owner to them. It will give you a true representation of what you're going to get if you hire them. I hired this company to move a couch and a few other items from Lincoln City to our home outside of Salem. During the move, they broke our coin collection jar and damaged an expensive piece of door hardware when they hit it with the couch.

This company sucks! The customer service is a joke. I hired this movers, not too long ago and they were supposed to move all my stuff. I had not that much stuff that needed to be moved. When the movers came, it was two of them. One of them smell like alcohol. And they seem like they didn’t wanna be there. I recently just had a baby less than a month ago and so I was really busy tending to my baby and so it’s hard for me to be watching them move everything, but I told them everything I wanted to be moved.

On the eve of our 6th time using this company, I was told I changed the parameters of my move and was called by the owner and talked down to in the most unprofessional manner possible. I had to change the DATE of my move and paid a fee to do so. Now 11 hours before our move I get a call from the owner mad that I mad changes. My move has always been the same, I need 2 guys for 2 hours. Nothing but the date has ever changed.

I cannot believe how the owner of this company spoke to me. I booked my move a month in advance. 48 hours before my move I called to ask, because it is a pandemic, if they movers wore mask or were vaccinated. Instead of answering me politely, he chewed me out. When I said I felt uncomfortable moving forward, they he said "great are you ready to pay your fee?". Honesty do yourself a favor and do business with someone else who isnt going to verbally assault you, and act like you owe them a favor.

I was pretty much told my move was a waste of their time based on timing(time of day) and profit for their movers. Yes it is a small distance of a move however to be told that my move is too inconvenient to them since they won't make any $$ off of me was super disrespectful. The only thing I will give them credit for is for responding to my emails but you're a moving company. It shouldn't be about how much money you can make off of customers, it should be about helping others. I am super dissapointed. ....

The owner Don was very rude to my wife. The movers lost glass pieces to our solid oak shelving units. Our books are damaged and torn. The movers packed a liquid upside down on top of the books which damaged them. When my wife called to talk about a possible replacement for the glass she was told that the insurance we signed for only covers $0.60 per pound of glass which was not explained very well to us when she signed the paperwork. The owner in the past has belittled and harassed a friend of ours.

Didn't want to help us move few just a few items, probably not worth their time... Claimed the items looked delicate and or special. "I don’t want to assume the liability for them, so thank you for checking with us, but we will pass." Everyone's items are special to them and they are definitely not too delicate to move, they were all moved to this location previously.... wouldn't even give me an estimate. I can not recommend this company.

While the movers were nice, they weren't as efficient or as careful as other companies I've used recently. They didn't use pads on my doorways nor on my furniture while moving them resulting in noticeable dings. We had several boxes with holes where someone had been gripping them. One tote was broken completely, thankfully nothing inside was damaged. I would not recommend this company over others.
