Single-handedly the worst experience I have had in storage. They are aggressive about asking for payment, and openly try to double-charge your card on file. This is a scam. Stay away, if you can.
I won a storage unit from this place and I was excited because I got a good deal from the auction. When I took a box out of the storage unit, mouse or rat poop fell to the ground.. I searched a little more for evidence and it had mouse poop everywhere. I refused to empty this unit because mouses carry deadly viruses called Hantavirus. You can get from mouse poop and pee, which is deadly. I was told that I would not be allowed to auction another unit..
I got 2 storage sheds here when it was still Public Storage. Then this company took over. If you call you won't speak to an actual person but an AI assistant that will field your calls. There is no ap to let you in the gate like with the previous owners. They also want you to get your own insurance and then when I did and submitted it to them they kept telling me that I didn't send the exact right document and then charged me for insurance with their 3rd party company.

So I expect an increase in fees every year for a storage facility but Public Storage hasn't even owned the Glen Creek Rd NW site in West Salem a year and they just raised my rate over 25% !!! wow.. I don't have anything to complain about the site itself but be aware.. when you sign up for your great intr rate rest assured the rate will go up and up and up . And what do you bet it'll go up again before a year goes by. Be aware of this business.. If you know another place to go you might save yourself some $$
David in the office has TERRIBLE customer service . BRING BACK JENNIFER !!! absolutely terrible terrible terrible customer service . I live in a whole different state and he claims I CAN ONLY PAY CASH and he won't take debit . When I've paid that way for months now .
Was at this facility before it switched over to public storage nobody notified me that there was a company switch over and nobody ever answers the phone. Wish somebody would have mentioned that they were selling to this company prior to …
They have rats the chewed up all of my blankets and car sits and by king size bed that was in there, all they said sorry and that they can’t do or pay any of it

David did an excellent job he helped me take out my old lock the key broke when I was trying to lock it and he was able to save me 50$ dollars for a new lock he is a great man and i will always remember him! Thank you David!!
