In their own words
Today 2/4/26 at 1 pm on Bedford St before Rock St your tow truck driver was too busy texting and driving. Very unsafe and against the law. My answer to the owners condescending question ; Because you didn’t answer the phone your answering service did. I like how you answer reviews but not phone calls or messages.
Okay so why not just call us instead of leaving a 1 star review ?
I call for jump-start help at 1:30 Am and is 11:30 AM and they never arrive , you should tell costumer when you are available or not , not just let people waiting for hours 😡 bad service here 🤮 …
We did call you back twice and it went right to voicemail. You were at 108 Chase rd Portsmouth which is two towns over from us. You had a Ford Mustang and the call back number we have is: [phone removed]. Is that the correct number ? maybe you had poor reception?
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Scottie absolutely saved the day. I was stressed and stuck, and he showed up calm, professional, and genuinely kind. He handled everything quickly and carefully and made a bad situation so much easier. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and actually cares. If you ever need a tow, hope you get Scottie — this company is lucky to have him.
Thank you!
Absolutely amazing service from All Day & All Night Towing. Scott went above and beyond when my girlfriend was stranded and made a stressful situation so much easier. They were professional, fast, kind, and even gave me a ride home after helping us out. You can tell they genuinely care about people and not just the job. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs reliable towing or roadside assistance. Thank you again for the incredible service!”
Thank you!
I broke down on 195 it was so busy , immediately anxiety set in I called and explained my location and situation I expressed how nervous I was to be on this highway. From the moment our conversation ended it was 8 minutes before Scott arrived He helped me exit my vehicle safely , towed it to the shop and repaired it all in the same day ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE customer service !
Thank you!
These guy was great and true to his word. We were stranded on a Sunday with a flat tire with a stripped lug nut. We ran into the owner at a gas station and told him our problem. He listened and gave us multiple options to help us out. Eventhough he was busy he found the time which was fast, to tow us all the way from Fall River to Raynham. Great guys would highly recommend!
Thank you!
