The office is impossible to find inside the mill, looked for 20 minutes, played pick a door down every hallway no where to be found. Not a single sign, all doors locked. Tried calling handful of times while I was in the parking lot, no answer Quick way to loose $150 a month I’ll go elsewhere with easier navigation and better communication

Excellent first choice for self storage! Clean, professional and extremely secure. Arnold greeted me upon arrival and was quick to show me my unit and start the process. So welcoming and instantly made me feel like I made a great choice for storing all my personal items. I appreciated that so much. Kelly the manager covered everything as far as policy and security and didn’t skip a beat explaining absolutely all that was needed to know as far as Tower Mill has to offer.

Gill did a fabulous job showing and renting my unit. It was late in her workday and I wasn't the first in line, but she handled the situation with complete mastery over her role. Welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful, thorough, patient and joyful in the discharge of her duties, Gill's demeanor elevated what in most cases proves a tedious experience into an unexpected delight. I'm so happy to have found a facility with so accommodating a staff.

Super clean and so friendly! Never used a storage unit before was worried about my stuff getting destroyed or not being safe but was very happy with Tower Mill self storage facility, the place was so clean and very secure. Arnold and Kelly were amazing and so friendly. Happy I went with Tower Mill self storage!

Great place it’s clean convince and the staff is great, I started with a large unit but I ended up removing quite a bit the staff worked with me and I got a smaller unit ( but still large enough for my stuff) and saved more than half and I’ve been there for 3 years now and they have never increased the rent.
