M and M Movers

Team exceptionally rude upon delivery and removal of an appliance and damaged my house in the process of doing so. Staff have not been responsible and taken care of the damage. Done to my house. Would never recommend this company Owners do not take responsibility nor actions they promise to do, Including see the damage done to my house and repairing it as they promised they would They do not respond to my phone calls. Do not respond to my text and do not call back when they say they would.

I called looking for movers and was told I would receive a call back a few hours later to see if they could accomodate my date. I waited 3 days with no response only to hear (when I called them) "oh, sorry... no we have nothing". Meanwhile I've lost 3 days I could have been trying to book another company. Not happy at all. Such a disappointment too since they were so great with my first move and I've since referred 3 others to them. Oh well.

I used this company they gauged the top of my Amish end table real wood. I called and was told the owner would call never did and that he'd be coming early in the morning during the weekend. NEVER CALLED!!! About a week later I received a text saying he'd becoming that weekend after New Years and asked for a picture of damage. I said we couldn't do it that weekend as we moved up until 2 hours before New Year's and were going to stay with friends we hadn't seen during Christmas. Nothing since!

I ordered appliances from Stan and Paul’s in Dartmouth. They utilize M&M Movers to deliver their appliances. M&M movers damaged the right side fridge door by bouncing it off the deck railings about 8 times. They also dented and scratched the bathroom vanity moving the washer/dryer units in. I have reached out to M&M movers multiple times and left messages. I was finally able to speak to a woman in the office who stated she needed to talk to the owner and she or he would call back.

M and M did 2 moves for me. During the first move, the team was professional and personable. There was an issue with some damage to my washing machine that has not yet been corrected, almost 2 months later... The second move was 1 month later. A different crew was assigned after my request for the same crew. This crew was not professional nor were they personable. They damaged 2 walls, 2 pieces of furniture, and ripped out a shrub during their exit.

I had them move me 5 years ago and I understand things can happen . Ripped my leather couch and broke the glass on my hutch . I wasn’t upset because they said they can send someone out to repair the tears and they will replace the glass . What gets me upset is I’m Still chasing them to get me the right size glass , they did drop off a glass but it was the wrong size , also they did send a repair man to repair the tears 3 years ago. I’ve made several phone calls left several messages !

The secretary forgot to book me, never text me the time of move for tmw or requested a deposit and now I have to call friends and family to help out before the end of May. I definitely don’t recommend even attempting to bother using their service

Avoid at alll costs!!! First they were over a half hr late with no phone call. I had to call. Then charged me over 100 dollars what I was told on the phone by the secretary. She said oh because you had 5 movers instead of 4.. i didnt ask …
