One star because Zero stars was not an option. Was treated very rudely by someone I can only hope was not the manager. Trying to get information about their dumpster policy and was told it would be $100 to throw a kitchen chair and some broke down wooden baby gates away. Which is HALF of what it would cost to empty the thing. She informed me of that at least.
Nothing. I was giving a truck that was dirty and wet on the inside and it had liitle to no gas in it. The shaked badly so you couldn't do more than 40 on the highway. Worst experience ever. The customer service was extremely bad. I was over charged for mileage. I ended up paying double the cost. I didn't get my first month storage rent free like I was told. My storage room wasn't ready when I needed it. I had to wait extra days before I could move my things in.
TL;DR: This location rented me a very unsafe truck and did nothing to make it right after wasting 22 hours of my time trapped in the middle of nowhere. So this uhaul location rented me a truck that could have exploded. It had a check engine light, which I was told was of no concern, and being it was the only truck of that kind for miles... I accepted this. However, after about 500 miles of driving as I was moving from Rhode Island to Texas, I stopped for fuel for the third time.
I’d give 0 if I could literally don’t even waste your time with this joke of a location, they play games with mileage rate had us sitting for an hour giving all sorts of different numbers, finally get fed up catch an attitude and they call …
Inefficient, rude, slow and filthy. This property is so neglected. I rented a storage unit here prior to being away for an extended time and upon return, there are rodent droppings everywhere along my things. My unit ceiling is leaking. …
To try to make a long story short, I was given a truck that shouldn't have been rented!! A move that should have taken only day time hours ended up all day and night because of being stranded multiple times with a truck that wouldn't …
U-Haul's general manager, has gave me 24/7 access then took it away put me on 1 hour a day restriction, as if I was a little child in daycare, so I moved out.

Best experience with a U-Haul company I’ve ever had. The U-HAUL manager, Tanisha, was great to work with, very honest and knowledgeable. We have rented from other U-Haul locations but this was by far the best experience. This will be our go-to location from now on.
