RA Movers James Pina, should never be hired by anyone who values the property. They broke three credenzas, I have seven pairs of expensive boots missing, which I believe they stole. They rampaged through many of my items, and now I am missing all types of items that were cherished memories between my lay husband and I. They broke pieces of furniture and gouged an antique table and hid it behind boxes when they delivered my goods so that I wouldn't see it till after they were gone..
Laurie, we take feedback like yours very seriously. Customer service is extremely important to us and we pride ourselves on being honest and trustworthy.
Dont believe all the great ratings...possibly some of those people did have a good move, the other half, Im assuming they are just friends and family posting 5 stars for them. Long story short...they showed up in a Uhaul truck, no big deal. The workers placed cardboard moving boxes on the wet ground near dirt...again not the end of the world but UNprofessional.

Trusted this company based on the previous reviews. Wrong move , no pun intended.1st issue, they booked for 12 and arrived at 2:30 on Saturday. Planned to work and couldn’t because they went for lunch before showing up . I let it go due to reviews of the actual service. They moved everything according to planned .2nd issue they quoted a 4 hour minimum at $165/hr . I assumed since we finished in exactly 4 hours it would be somewhere around $600 and change .

They broke my TV, scratched my furniture and new home walls. The owner is a rude and dis h0nest person who has refused co-operating on compensating or setting up insurance claims. They add 3% fee for paying with CC which is never told to the customer until you take out the credit card to pay them. If something is broken in the move (which is very likely), you will be in trouble.

You cannot put signs wherever you want to. that is very distasteful and it’s illegal - littering is bad business You should find legitimate places to put your advertising!!! However, your competition does the same thing so I don't blame you to a certain degree.

My wife and I were moving into a larger apartment due to the birth of our first child, and RA Movers were recommended to her by a friend. I called them about six weeks or so before the move, confirmed some details, and they sent me a quote right away. They followed up regularly with any questions I had, and when it came time to move, they were communicative throughout the process. Ken and Jack arrived right on time, did a quick walk through our space to see what we had, and then got to work.

We absolutely appreciated everything about the move with RA movers. From the open communication between the office, owner, and us before, on and after our moving day- to the wonderful service we got during the move from tj, kelvin, chris, and jaun- we couldnt be happier The movers we thorough, careful and helpful both on pickup and dropoff days. Experienced energetic crew. Polite and professional. Hard workers. Great service at a great price. I would use again without hesitation!
They did a nice job. Only comment would be to double check both properties during a local move. I met them at the original and then guided them at the new. When I returned to the old their were a few little items that did not make it. I think that was more on me to not have checked and it wasn't much. The guys worked hard!
