I would not recommend this moving company. We initially thought hiring movers would make the move less stressful, but it did not. Similar to other posts, we had a move window and the guys showed up 1.5 hours late (and after going to a wrong address in another part of Boston.) We had to call to find out where they were. It was disappointing that they were not even communicative about this mistake and the extreme delay.
The worst moving experience I ever had! They have no idea that they are moving people's lives - they think they are moving stuff/junk - that is their mindset. First they were very late - like an hour late (I was the first move of the day). Second, only one of the 3 guys had any experience whatsoever moving. They were pathetic and damaged things. One guy who was in his own car expected me to find him a parking spot in Boston - really??!! They stripped the screws on my bed frame too.
I was moved on Oct 1 by this company. The movers where multiple hours late. Almost two months later and I am still trying to get someone from the company to help me with locating missing items. I have called, left messages, emailed and spoken to many different people and not a single one has gotten back to me. Now I can't even finish unpacking because I can't store things because of my missing items.

Quoted price was much lower then charged price. For example storage was quoted at $300 then charged $500. Charges 3 hours for moving in and 3 hours for moving out of storage unit where it only took 2 hours to unload and unpack the truck โฆ
Dear Dustin, Thank you for taking your time and leaving us a feedback. As a manager of this company I would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused by our company. With that said I would also like to clarify your major concerns.
Scheduled move between 8-8:30am. It is now 10am and no sign of them, no call to tell us if they are running late, and we have called repeatedly with no answer.
I waited all day for them to come, they showed up at 7pm to start. I packed everything ahead of time, they didnโt finish until 2am (1bd apartment).. they also took so many breaks and wanted to lie to their manager I made them do the most. โฆ
I used them to move a hot tub which they advertise as a service on their site. I got a quote of $780. It took them 2 hours to move it 80 ft to the truck. My cost ended up being nearly double at $1400. โฆ
Hello Melissa, We are sorry to hear about this experience. However, it does happen where the actual price come out to be slightly higher then the estimated price.
Cancelled on us twice 24 hours before our move. Gave no explanation, just told us they werenโt coming any more and couldnโt help us.

These guys are just marvelous! They are professional, quick, organized, polite and careful. They moved our office (12 employees) to a new location. Absolutely nothing was damaged. All our employees were very happy. Was a pleasure to work with them!
Best moving experience ever (and I moved way too many times). Easy to communicate and most importantly - right on time! They are on my โuse these guysโ list when anyone asks. Will use these folks again.
Moving workers were great but the management company didnโt communicate timing correctly and I had to wait 2.5 hours longer than the time promised. Quality of work was efficient and good. Apparently the management company owns two moving companies. So the one I used was quality. Just terribly poor communication. No email or text confirmations.
They came to my daughters school, Suffolk university, and where early which I enjoyed the two gentlemen we had worked very hard workers explain the process and was an in and out within an hour and a half. They made our lives much easier. I will definitely use them again!
