DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They showed up 1.5 hours late and the foreman asked not to tell his boss about it. They took 20 minute smoking breaks every 2 hours. If they disassemble your furniture they will not assemble it back properly. When they did everything was so unstable. They broke some items and when you report the damage to Mark, he tries to blame you for the damage they did.

Mark I need to provide the family court the copy all items in your possession. Your office hasn’t been respectful and responsive. I was in India for work and religious vacation in 2017 and my apartment vacated in my absence by my ex upon family court intervention. Since I have returned to USA in 2018, your staff wouldn’t let me pay $200 to access my belongings. It has come to this extend since 2018 - 2024. I had 3 more storage location - Edison and Metuchen for all the travel bags I came back with.

I called this company because of the great reviews here. I spoke with Gabriel Gonzalez. He gave me a quote over the phone based on how many bdr my apt has, what floor I lived on and location. He said he would send an email so I can fill out inventory and approximation of boxes I would have on the day of the move. With that said, with 3 guys and 4 hrs of work he quoted me at "$... all included". I asked if once he received the inventory list could the price drop.

Without a doubt the worst mistake I made in hiring a moving company for my first home. I probably should’ve known better with Gabriel’s less than attentive attitude, forgetting whether or not he sent my contract over and various misspellings and errors.. I called several times to confirm we were all set to go. I felt more comfortable dropping off a certified check to the company prior to the move as opposed to handing it someone on site.

This is a review of their policies and management, not the people who do the actual moving - they were awesome. After calling to get an estimate they physically came to my home to take an inventory of everything I was moving - the man recorded everything I was moving and gave me an estimate of 8-10 hours, done in a single day. The reality was it took two days, and twice the amount of hours which I had not budgeted for. Plus a hotel stay because they had all of our stuff on trucks overnight.

Cancelled on me 2 days before my scheduled move- only after I contacted them because I hadn't heard back in a week and half. I was sent a preliminary contract and was told I was on the schedule for my move-in date. When I called, I was told there were some issues with truck scheduling/availability for that day and they said they hadn't gotten back to me with the final contract because they were waiting to see if they could work it out.

NEVER HIRE THEM! They were careless and reckless. After going to the wrong home for an hour the move was a disaster! They ran almost 2 hours over before losing the key to my GF clock and the middle support for my kingsize bed. They put a foot long gash on my staircase wall while moving a dresser up which I had to repair and then used a wood magic market to "fix" the scratches on my dresser from the wall!

I dealt with Gabriel on the phone who could tell that I had bad experiences with a previous moving company in the past. I was reluctant to tell him what they did to us but he pretty much guessed what they did and reassured me that All Jersey Movers was a reputable company. After getting all the furniture that we needed to be moved, distance from place to another, we got the quote. Gabriel was a great sales person.
