Such unprofessional people. They kept calling us that what do you want to do with the quote and when my husband told it’s high price so the person Victor said we can do it for this much and emailed us the quote and said we’ll do it you can cancel your other reservation don’t worry. When we did that the next morning the finance department calls and say the owner doesn’t want to do this for this price. Sorry. WOW. Did we ask them to lower the price- NO then who gave them the right to assure us and set us up.
Really disappointed in my entire experience. I had set up 3 moves and for that they gave me a competitive discounted price. Apparently he didn’t estimate it right and when interviewing different companies he must have told me 100 times he was the only company that stuck to their quote. They stacked everything in my house to the ceiling for the next move and now are trying to double the price. Very disappointed. I never leave reviews I tried to make it right but they refused.

Still waiting for a call back from their team. Mike is yet to follow up on the post nove inspection paint job. No one answered my email or called me back. Been a couple of weeks now. …
Hi S1, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for the delay and understand your frustration. The move itself was completed, but the paint touch-up is being handled by our painter, and we’re currently waiting on their availability to complete the work.

After calling quite a few moving companies and getting quotes all over the place I felt, Palmieri seemed like the most sensible choice. The booking process was easy. I just had to email a list of items to be moved, they provided a reasonable estimate based on that list, I paid a small deposit and everything was smooth sailing after that. On moving day, they arrived on time. The moving crew was polite, efficient, and very careful with our items. Great service. Thank you.

Good job with move nothing broke very reasonable price. Update: after sleeping on bed noted that bed was assembled incorrectly and had a major bent in the support beam that was assembled by the movers. took us an hour of work to take it apart again and reassemble. New update: Palmieri called after posting this review on a holiday weekend. They apologized for the trouble and generously compensated us for our efforts in repairing the bed. I appreciate his personal call and response.

Although things went wrong, the guys (Jojo and Angel), were super helpful and knowledgeable. FYI, I inquired about the tipping protocol, when I spoke to Gabby in the office. She wasn't really sure about advising me what a good tip is. I started with $50 per man, and $70 to the ringleader. The main guy was clearly NOT happy with that. When asked if the tip was fair he responded "Well, it's a tip". I upped his to $170, and $70 to the other four guys. That seemed sufficient, I guess.
