They never showed up to move us!! Then they wouldn't answer the phone or call us back. We had to rent a u-haul last minute and spend the whole day/night moving ourselves! Do not use these people. Keep looking.
Scam! Scam! Never provided a service or refunded my money. Be aware of such scammers. Absolutely the Worst Moving Experience – “AL” is a Liar, Unprofessional and Unreliable! I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share this awful experience so others don’t go through what we did—especially families with young kids, like us. We were scheduled to move in June and had been communicating with the company for over a week.
We hired this company to help my mom move from Springdale to Fayetteville. They were supposed to be at my moms house at 8:30AM this morning and have not shown up. It is now 12PM. No one will answer the phone, & no call back. My mom has two kids living with her and a husband who had cancer who is not able to help move because he has no strength. My mom has to be out of her property by 5PM tonight!!! Who does this?! How can you call this a company?! This is by far the worst experience.
