My fiancé called and reserved these movers on Thursday 6/30 to move us out of our apartment and into our new house 7/3 at 10 am. Not only did the movers not show up, they did not even call us to tell us they could not come. My fiancé called and talked to someone who was going to have his manager call us back. We never got a call back from anyone. I sent an email to the company asking for them to contact us back. Nothing. No contact. We never heard from them.
They abandoned my elderly grandparents who me have two babies living with them. Cancelled at 9am when they were supposed to be there at 9:30am. They claimed their truck “broke down”, when any professional moving business, will have extra trucks in case of emergency so that they are able to follow through with their business promises. Not this one. My grandparents had to be out THAT DAY. And now they have absolutely no way to leave before the new home owners come.
DO NOT bother with these people!! They don’t even deserve one star! We emailed, had a call and booked an appointment for them to come out 10-12 today to pack our belongings into our trailer only (we are moving out of state tomorrow). They NEVER showed up. Tried calling, no answer! Called again and I was blocked! Tried emailing, they said driver was running late then stopped responding! We had to scramble to get someone to load our trailer.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I have been in contact with Al via email all week and set up our move for today (Sunday March 22nd). Details in the email said they were available and would be here between 9-10. I emailed at 9:45 asking if we were still on for today and no response. After no show at 10, I tried calling and left a message, 30mins later left another message. We are currently in the process of loading our own Uhaul. What a way to earn people’s business! No call, no show, nothing!
All My Brothers abandoned my 80-year-old mother who is a grieving widow. She explained to them that she had been stood up by other movers and was desperate. They told her they would be there the next day, but never showed up. The did not call, answer calls, or return calls and messages. If you want to be treated like dirt by someone you are counting on, All My Brothers Movers is for you.
Do not hire All My Brothers Moving. You will be very disappointed. We made arrangements by phone with Al giving them plenty of lead time. He said they would be here on the 29th by 10:30 AM. By noon Al was making excuses that the Budget …
This company did not earn the one star they are receiving. I left one state and drove across several to be there the day before my move to ensure everything was in place for a smooth across state lines move.....Well the company ghosted me …
The worst moving company I've every had. For one they didn't didnt have there own trailer so had to use my father-in-law. Also they didn't come with any tools. Scratched up my walls and my furniture. And one of there movers put stuff in …

My gf and I had a great experience. We were moving from Ft Smith to Bentonville and Al and his crew showed up on time, loaded up everything quickly and got it all the way to our new place. Nothing was damaged, absolutely zero complaints. We even broke down on the side of the road on our way up there and they got started unloading without us. By the time we got there they were almost done. Awesome job guys. Thanks for making it else easy!
