All My Sons Moving & Storage

Grossly overcharged. Some of my belongings are coincidentally missing and items were broken during the move. Workers to a lunch break while on the clock. I notified the dispatcher and he said he would call back to prorate it but never did. Took them 9 hrs to move 2 small apartments into 1 home. $150 materials charge for 2 things of tape and 4 boxes. Would not recommend.

This is the most unprofessional movers I have ever hired 😭 they moved me and my little 2 kids, it was an evening move, I thought they’re professionals so I didn’t bother watching them, they spent 2 hours and couldn’t get all my stuffs as earlier agreed but they were asking for more money after paying them $680, just one bedroom move, look at my 2 tv’s, 65 inch and 55 inch tv’s broken 😡, I’m so mad and regretting hiring them! If they didn’t pay for these 2 tv’s!!!

Horrible experience. Damaged furniture ( Broke 2 TV’s $2000 value ~ wanted to settle with $150) , delayed moving, didn’t move all of the furniture, not trustworthy, bad communication throughout the entire process (non responsive) and over charged. Wish we would’ve read the real reviews ahead of time. DO NOT USE!!

Worst moving experience we have ever had. I chose All My Sons based on the fact that they bill based on time, not items. We are a family of two with basic, minimal furniture and our move was 2 miles from our place. Break down, loading, and moving took FOUR HOURS with a team of THREE people. The cost? $1,200. Tell me why this is nearly double what we paid using another company last year - with the same furniture, only two movers, and a 45 minute driving distance. This is completely unacceptable.

Let me start with I never leave bad reviews. However other people need to be aware of this scam of a company. I want to start with the good because I don’t want them to receive any backlash. Our movers were great! Kind, professional and quick. Now for the bad, I was grossly over charged and was put in a position of I have to pay because they hold your stuff of the truck until you do. I was quoted $159/ hour which according to their website and my over the phone quote includes 2 movers and a truck for 2.5 hours.

Please stay away.Warning nightmare movers this company stole $3,000 of my jewelry start a handgun from me also. I called repeatedly to their general manager. General manager Carlos repeatedly told me but his employees would never do anything like this I called 10 times to this general manager. Also broke my dining room table it's in their contract are not responsible for any damage has stolen broken items I took this company to court the judge says it's not responsible for anything that stolen damaged or broken…

Movers spent massive amounts of time in the truck each time they loaded something, usually about 5 minutes before they came back out. Took 4 hours just to load a 2 bed 2 bath home, even without a couch and the beds broken down before they arrived. All they had to do was load boxes and a few shelves. Absolutely trying to pad the clock, completely unethical. They also left the pick up location before I had the chance to walk through and check that they had everything, and roughly 1/4 of my items were left behind.

I walked through with them where I was moving from and to, and what I was moving. They quoted me $189 per hour. The week of the move they called and tried to jack the price up to $270+. They either have untrained staff that won't quote you right, or they are trying to pull bait and switches and charging you $100 more per hour... Not sure which would be worse.
