In their own words
I have moved 8 times in 15 years and this was by far the worse experience I have ever had. They damaged nearly all of our furniture. They put a firefighter on the moving crew to go along with their gimmick but he doesn't have any moving experience. The guy we had was being showed how to put a dolly under the boxes on our moving day. They berate you into giving them a tip by essentially telling you "they will take care of your stuff" if you take care of them.
Would absolutely NEVER use them again. They held my wedding dress for ransom. We were driving with my possessions and they were following me with my possessions and suddenly without explanation turned off and drove a different direction. …
Never got around to using them; In process of getting pricing and a date settled, this guy answering quoted me three different prices for the hourly rate per mover and got more more expensive …
I have used their services in the past week to pack and move, and this is probably the worst movers company I've worked with. To start off, the packer broke a vase that has been in our family for a decade, and then tried to cover it up in their photo try to make it look like it was repairable - judge for yourself to see if a freaking chinese vase can be repaired when it was broken into multiple small pieces like this.

They helped out with loading heavy furnitures and they were super super slow. I had to keep them an extra 15 minutes plus an hour just to load lierally seven items. I defently dont recommend them . They took one item from one side of the truck to the other side of the truck and back and forth.

Very professional, consistent, dependable and I hope I never have to use a different mover. This is the only company that I have ever used to not only pack My entire home, including extraordinarily fragile items, without any concerns or worries. Often they have been to my home to pack items for days at a time when I am not available to be there You can also expect Consistent communication and relevant questions along the way to ensure You're satisfaction and peace of mind. You can't go wrong with these guys!

Great people and a great experience in the move. I have used MoveStar for 2 moves. One local in Dallas and one out of state. The team is excellent, from the group that packed up our home to storage to moving into our new home. They also moved a car for us. It was perfect The timing of packing, loading and unloading was exactly as they promised. The personal care and experience of everyone involved was the best. I have used other moving companies prior to moving to Dallas.
