Easily the worst move I’ve ever had. - showed up 2.5 hours late. - didn’t bring any tools with them so thank God I took everything apart before they got there. - complained the entire time that they didn’t want to work on a Sunday. - I broke down all of the beds and furniture that needed to be before they got there, packed the entire house in boxes and staged it all in the living room by the front door, it still took them 4 hours to move a 1500 sq ft townhouse 2.5 miles down the road.

Been trying to call since May about an overcharge, and I can't seem to get anyone on the phone. It is now Novermber. I was told someone would call me and I've been calling since the day of the move. Said they started at 8am, but they didn't arrive until 10am so it was an a $400 overcharge on my credit card. A $1100 move for a one bedroom to a storage unit down the road? 4 guys. Took 30 minutes. Somethings not adding up.

NO respect for homeowners’s property. When I contacted the move scheduler I received no response. The most unprofessional crew that were reckless. Large totes were stacked 3 high coming down the moving truck ramp and movers laughed when they all fell off. One of the movers rammed the electronic doors to the storage unit with a cart and the crew laughed. Then he tried to tell me they were already broken. My husband had to get the doors back on the tracks so we could continue the move.

The guys were friendly and fast but unfortunately not careful. They damaged a lot of our stuff. They scratched our doors and dinged our walls in the house we moved out of and then scratched our brand new hard wood floors with the dollies moving stuff into our new house. They ripped our leather chair, chipped the corner of our bookshelf, damaged the entire edge of my sons dresser, all of our upholstered furniture arrived dirty, and we were missing parts to another bookshelf so we couldn't put the shelves back in.

Unfortunately we were in a rush to move, and made a poor decision. I never received the formal estimate that I requested, and the verbal estimate I received did not include the extra $22 to use shrink wrap, $27 to use tape on the shrink wrap, and $20 to use 2 mattress covers. Additionally, travel time cost $160. $160 should DEFINITELY be disclosed beforehand. So I was blindsided by an extra $229 after the move. We had the money, but that wasn't the main issue. I just want to be in the ball park of the estimate.

The crew arrived on time, communicated well, and were friendly overall. Unfortunately, the positives ended there. One member of the crew repeatedly made me uncomfortable. After I told him I had a boyfriend, he continued making comments. When I mentioned that I had a male friend coming over later to help me set up furniture, he told me I “didn’t need another man” because I had him.

I was charged double the original quote on the day of my move, which was extremely upsetting and put me in a very difficult financial position. They explained this by saying they chose to add an additional two movers that doubled the hourly rate with no prior communication or warning to me. I brought my own moving blankets to protect my furniture and lessen costs. When I tried to give them to the movers, I was told by one of the movers “not to worry about it” and that I would not be charged for using theirs.

I was initially quoted $143/hr all included by call center so was expecting to pay $429 for 3 hrs. Company did not communicate delay of pick up. I called 4 times at least, just told to wait. At 6pm I was told they had no truck available for me and would be able to pick up first thing next am. At pickup I was surprised by 2 teams/trucks instead of 1, no explanation. Surprise #3 was completing initial paperwork and finding out that a 12% fuel charge and supplies were added to a $480 minimum moving charge.
