The quote was $200. They tried to charge me $500 on the same day MINIMUM. the first guy I talked to who I imagine is the sales man told me that it shouldn’t take over an hour but if it exceeds that hour i was going to get charged every 5 minutes. He also told me that I was going to start getting charged the moment they arrive to the house and ends the moment they unpack everything at my destination which is 10 minutes away. When the guys got here they told me something completely different.
We are deeply disappointed that we have failed to exceed your expectations while using our move services, and we extend our heartfelt apologies, Leeloo. Providing exceptional service has always been at the core of our mission.
Would not recommend. I have to file a claim for damages. Left items wrapped up and did not have ability to move appliance safely. $$$$$. Let refrigerator in garage and damage my brand new ceiling fan by hitting it with king size mattress. 😠 😡 😤 my dryer they cut the connection instead of unscrewing it. Washing machine it took three men to unhook water lines and broke a piece of the handle with pliers.

As an active-duty military member completing a PCS move, I trusted this company with nearly everything I owned. We drove ourselves to our new duty station, and as I began going through my items after driving 1,250 miles, I realized two of my luxury handbags worth five thousands dollars total was missing. I paid $989, which was extremely overpriced.In addition to the missing items, I also discovered that multiple belongings had been damaged due to careless handling.

The price I was charged vs quoted was DOUBLE. Workers moved extremely slow. Obviously, zero sense of urgency. I prepacked, prewrapped, emptied drawers and took my tv off the wall myself to save time. The move was one bedroom and a closet. It took them FOUR HOURS.
We deeply understand that your expectations should not only be met but exceeded. Unfortunately, we acknowledge that we have not fulfilled our goal of going above and beyond for you. We sincerely apologize for falling short of providing the exceptional service you deserved.
