Two Men and a Truck Moving

WARNING: if you value your time, property, and money, avoid at all costs. I'm former military and have moved alot, I can say with certainty this was the most unprofessional moving experience I've ever had. Here's a few trouble issues from the move. -Crew arrived almost 2 hours late. -Total cost of move ended up being 2.5x what original estimate was. -One mover was actually, physically, missing a hand.

Terrible Experience – Overcharged, Slow, and Careless! We had an awful experience with Two Men and a Truck. They overcharged us for supposed “travel time” to our home, even though it wasn’t in the contract. To make it worse, they arrived two hours early without notice, claiming they were already in the area due to a cancellation—which proves they didn’t actually travel an hour to get to us like they charged for.

Absolutely horrendous experience. Not only did the moving crew mishandle and damage all of my TVs, they did not put mattress covers on one of my mattresses, they hit my walls and ceilings, and caused around 25k in damages after estimating a maximum of 4 hours and taking 7.5, then charging me despite requests to discuss the issues that caused the significant time increase such as the two gentleman taking an hour trying to get a bed frame that weighs 10/15 pounds up my stairs after hitting the walls and ceilings…

Breaks stuff and won't be responsible. This company has friendly and courtesous workers. We bought them four boxes of pizza and chicken wings as a courtesy for their efforts. During a local house to house move, I watched a worker bring in my console table and break it. He had loaded the item on his dolly by the granite and not by the frame. He also could have dis- assembled the item but did not. Anyway, the granite broke.

One of the worst business experiences I’ve ever had. They moved only half of what I asked them to, took twice as long as estimated, and moved things we said to NOT move including an antique bench with a lot of personal effects on it, all thrown on the floor. In the process they broke my bed, moved furniture I told them to leave, left large boxes and furniture we had asked to move, and charged us close to $1200 for a slow and inefficient move.

Thievery and lack of regard for others. Don't use this company. I had to move from one side of the country to the other. My family and I packed everything that needed to be moved neatly. We arranged the boxes and furniture in the front room so there would be no confusion to what was going and what would be staying. Three gentlemen were sent as representatives of the company. Jamal, Benny and Brian arrived and were shown what to move and proceded to do so.

I moved from Henderson, NV to Kingman, AZ 6/10 (packing me) and 6/11 moving. I've waited to write this review for two reasons. 1, to cool off being upset and angry, and 1, to unpack some items to see how poorly everything was packed. If, in their advertisement they treat you like they would treat their grandmother, then they should be ashamed. "Movers who care" is farthest from the truth.

When I first called to make the appointment for our short move two weeks before June 8th, I spoke to Nathan who was so very nice. Moving day comes, 2 moving guys also very nice and polite. Everything was going smoothly until one of the Movers attempted to take off a glass door @ 12x24” off an entertainment center and it fell right out of his hand and broke in hundreds of pieces on the rug. He was very upset, him and his buddy called the office to make the report.
