Wow where do I even start. When I tell you DO NOT move with this company, I mean it from the bottom of my soul. The two men in the picture that are circled are the two movers I was assigned. They complained the whole time about moving my stuff and on top of that were very sloppy and uncaring about the things I had. As you can see in the photos I was left with a broken 75 inch tv, a scratched up 65 inch tv, and a couch with broken flaps and a missing leg.

Terrible experience!! Booked moving date a week in advance with many confirmation follow ups by movers to be on time Move was scheduled for 2-3 hrs 5 pcs to move. Date came and no moving company ALL Day. Was rescheduled after many calls the next morn 8-10AM for which the boys didnt show up til 3pm that day! Confusion abounds as to where and whom they are moving. My leather furniture was thrown in the truck with many scuffs and very dirty upon receipt at new location. The top to my credenza was misplaced lost?

I cannot warn you enough about the poor business practices of this company. The company quoted me one price, charged another, including charging me for a truck for a move within the same apartment building that didn’t require a truck (after assuring me that I would not be charged for that). Employees showed up smelling like weed, begged for tips in cash before the move began, spent hours on the clock doing nothing, damaged my furniture, left without finishing the job, rifled through my underwear drawer, stole from…

Worst moving experience I’ve ever had - huge scam. No communication between the main office and the franchise, no paperwork given with an estimated price or contract. Bragged about working fast, but only worked that fast because they broke our belongings in the process. They left behind a van’s worth of things at our old house and wouldn’t go to get it (we had to hire a second moving company to fix this).

My experience with this company was horrible. In the beginnig of our move the workers sat around for about 45 mins stating that they were waiting for their time to be put into the system. I paid over $3800.00 to be packed and moved. This did not happen there were three guys that began helping me move the boxes we already had packed. They sat around talking, smoking and eating instead of packing up our house.

Please, whatever you do explore other options before hiring this company to move!! They showed up 2-3 hours late, took water breaks in-between moving as if this was not by the hour for my very simple move! I was quoted $169 per hour. It took them 2 hours and 45 minutes and for the final amount it was $735.15. I was never told that there would be a travel charge or a fuel charge until I questioned how high the totsl balance was after paying it.

Would not recommend this company. The drivers/movers themselves were nice however they were EXTREMELY slow and smelt of weed very strongly. We lived in a 2 bedroom upper apartment moving to a 2 bedroom lower level condominium that was 10 minutes away. We had all of our furniture fully broken down and boxes packed and all organized to make things easier for them. We ourselves have moved the last couple of times without any movers and were out and in our new place unpacking in under 3 hours.

bait and switch on their prices and letting you know the day before the move that its going to cost you more before the move so you have no choice but to use them anyways and they moved the time from 8 am (when I scheduled the move 2 weeks in advance) and the gentleman that called to let me know i was getting screwed the night before my move also confirmed 8 am as well and then changing to 3 pm in the afternoon with out informing me cause they had an out of state move that day and obviously it took precedence over…
