I have reached out to Master Movers many times since my move without any response. I was not given an invoice after the move and believe I was overcharged. My quote was much much lower than what I was actually charged which is just annoying. I tried to back out a week prior to the move because of the reviews I read, but they convinced me to stay.

Do not use these people, they are thieves and liars. I contracted with them to make a mini move from Virginia to California and paid $650 up front. Months later with periods of no response they finally called me and said they couldn't provide me with the moving service and since they breached the contract, as soon as my items were picked up they would refund my money.

The worst move can of my life. What they packed, ALL broken, 85 percent of ALL my boxes were DAMAGED, torn, crushed, and smashed. 2 wooden tables were split and scratched. Unloaded boxes were stacked upside down. Many, many of my glassware were broken. Several, and I'm being kind, of my things never showed up. I filed for reimbursement of damaged goods, which was over $2000, and received a check for $87.00. my moving estimate was about $5000.

I contacted Master Movers for a quote and spoke with Marilyn. She was extremely courteous and super helpful with trying to work within the constraints of my budget. I was quoted 4 hours but asked if the job could be pushed out in 3. She said yes but it’d be a stretch including travel time, so I purchased an additional hour just to be safe. On moving day, the movers arrived and said I’d need an additional 2 hours for the move. There was a mistake regarding the amount of items I’d planned on them moving.
My initial thoughts about the company were great until they showed up to collect my belongings. 2 guys showed up with a rusty non marked box truck and it gave me an uneasy feeling. However I needed to move and was left with no options. I then proceed to show the movers everything to be moved. I was then informed that the motorcycle that I had needed to be drained of fuel. I being s first time mover was not aware that the fuel needed to be removed.

This is the worst moving company ever!! Beware! Do not use!!! They broke my mom's dish collection that she had for over 10 years, cracked her marble dresser top, stole my daughters diamond earrings, and then stole $500 hundred dollars after attempting to steal $1500. They did not wrap any of the furniture. They did a poor job of packing the truck, and they took forever! also when delivering the furniture to the new apartment, there was no care taken with any of her belongings! We were flabbergasted!
I usually don't respond to reviews this way, but this one is all false, slanderous and contains defamatory statements. We have never stolen anything from customers. All of our movers have been screened with background checks.

The best tow company in Indy by far. Price was almost $30 cheaper then everyone I called. I was in a emergency situation and the tow driver was overly accomadating and very prompt. If you're in a bind and need your car towed this is definitely the place to call.
They were friendly and quick. The driver called ahead to notify me that they were on the way. Customer service was also friendly on the phone. I will be using you all again.
