Two Men and a Truck Moving

This was my worst moving experience! Don’t do business with this company at this location because they are dishonest. I talked to a customer service representative prior to moving and he told me that the price was $119/hour, which included full coverage for all items if anything was damaged. But that turned out not to be true as I discovered. They ended up tearing the side of my mattress, breaking the plastic cover protector on my treadmill, and damaging my back massage machine ($300).

I am still unsettled from the moving experience I had on November 27, 2024. To start off, my movers arrived 3 hours late. I was given a time frame of 11 am to 12:30 p.m. for the movers to arrive. Once that time had passed, I had to call in 5 more times and leave two voicemails before I reached someone. A dispatcher said they would have the driver give me a call. I finally got a call around 2 p.m. from one of the movers, Carl, who told me they would arrive in about 15-20 minutes.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM THEY OVERCHARGED AND THE GUY IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. They told me they call when they leave office the guy called me 8:30 am and said he called 8 and want to charge me an extra hour

We used two men and a truck to help us unload our u-haul back in 2019 and it maybe took an hour with 3 people and we liked them. We moved from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom (at the SAME apartment complex) on Thursday and I paid extra for 3 people again and was told it would take 6hours. For context - we are on a second floor and moved to a second floor. But they did NOT move everything.

They do a bait and switch. They tell you one price which is fair and reasonable, but the then scam you. My uncle called about moving his belongings to a house out of town from kissimmee.Two men have been in business well over 25 years and I thought they would know how to do the job. They estimated to box and move a 1300 square foot home would be about $3400.00. Fine my uncle agreed. He's 76 years old and he really can't do it on his own. I went to help as much as I could. My uncle lives over an hour away from me.

I had a nightmare experience with Two Men and a Truck. The job was to do a relatively simple move of my bed frame, desk and appliances. The inexperienced movers they sent on this job disconnected the water line to my refrigerator without shutting off the main water and I ended with 30+ gallons of water flooding my kitchen, dry wall, and cabinetry. I called their supervisor (Clayton Beatty) to inform him of the situation.

Terrible service, they called me 4 month after I moved to let me know that one of his employees made a mistake on my order # and that they charge my card but refund the money back and now 4 months later they charge me $400 to my cc with out my authorization. It’s not that I was not going to pay but they must understand that it was not my mistake and that that amount of money was supposed to be paid at that time not 4 months later.

No compensation for damaged furniture. Photos of damaged furniture were sent to the move manager. He advised that his source provided an estimate for compensation. I also obtained an independent estimate from repair services that was 5 times greater than what he provided. I requested evidence of this and it was not provided. He followed up by stating that my move was performed to another county, and that they "reserve the right to compensate" if they deem it necessary.
