If I could give zero stars, I would, as my experience with All My Sons was absolutely terrible. The movers and admin team were completely unprofessional, unethical, and careless. They broke my 82-inch TV and offered less than $200 for replacement, despite my having signed up for additional high-value item coverage that would have paid out dollar for dollar over the 60 cents per pound that they offer standard.

I never write reviews however my abysmal experience warrants a review to warn future customers. Very unimpressed. Zero value for what you pay. Junk fees galore. Paid $50 for plastic wrap, which they require you use.. They tried to charge me $45, for one roll of tape, but I got them to settle for $6.50. They charge a percentage of the total move for gas citing , wear and tear on the truck. Charged over $140 for 38 miles of driving for job, on top of their hourly fee.

I'm not sure how this place has five stars. They lied to you about pricing and it seems like half your stuff is missing once they're done. The movers themselves are fine, the ones I worked with are good men, but they have to rush through things because of poor direction from the higher ups. I still can't find stuff and it's been months. They did give me a full refund, but I think that's because my father is an attorney.

I hired this company to move my things across the city. I was confirmed for time and day and said I would have a 5 hour window. However, they did not call me even once to let me know they were going to be late. I had to call them multiple times to get an idea of when they would be available. They kept giving me a different and later time than the last time I called them. They ended up being 3 hours later than the schedule window. I even asked them if they were even coming.

We were bamboozled . Do not use them. They will over charge you for gas and will be late! Use your bathroom without your permission and will NOT WASH THEIR HANDS! When they are late they are more concerned of you paying and getting their payout then moving you. Rushing, will drop and drag your expensive mattress and mattress topper, and say " Well we trying to keep your cost down of using materials", but then in the same breath..." Yes ma'am, we need to slow down and pay more attention to what we are doing.

While I wish I could saw my moving experience was amazing and I am grateful for the assistance, there was some things that did make the experience sour. The thing that made me rather upset is that the company and estimators stated that we could keep things inside our dressers without issue, they would wrap and move them. However, this cause several of our drawers and drawer guides to split and break apart.

We moved July of 2023, but it was such a horrible experience we didn't post at the time. This was the review I wrote at the time, unedited, below this: Problems: 1. Movers didn't know they were packing until they arrived, later their boss admitted that we did order that and it was their fault. 2. The movers had to make due with the boxes that they did have, which barely (didn't) covered what we had. 3. They charged us $400 for packing materials. For a 1 bedroom apartment.

READ THIS CAREFULLY DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL LEAVE YOUR STUFF OUT ON SIDEWALKS (pics below) They soft quoted $800 for a single bedroom APT move, Then at the second location they wanted to collect the bill at 1425$. They showed up at 3:00p loaded up the items then left to the new apartment around 5:00p Just before they unload they come to collect billing. It was 5:20p and they had been working about 2 hours but the bill they wanted to collect on was NOW 1425$ .
