They quoted me a price that was a third of what the bill ended up being. The movers moved VERY SLOW.... we were making multiple trips in and out of truck and house for their every one trip. The truck and consequently our stuff wreaked of marijuana smoke, they broke our dresser and porch swing, were incredibly rude and angry about what?...I'm not sure. I've never seen such poor service from a professional company.

I hired them to move my home to an apartment. I updated them every week as to what they were moving. Boxes, then bedroom furniture, etc. They charged $128 per hour for 2 people. One person was working very hard the other I heard his whole work history and comments about my my furniture. Also I had to witness him arranging his private area several times. I called to complain and was told there should have been 4 people on job. Which would makes sense on prices.

Warning!! This is absolutely the worst movers in Denver!! My wife and I just completed the worst move of our life having used Cowboy Moving. The lead person, who packed the three trucks, was literally incoherent most of the day and finally the company came to "not replace," but take him off the job so the other 8 guys could do their job. We utilized 3 trucks overall, and two of them were 13 minutes late.....of course we had to pay for that tardiness. Damage!! I have never seen anything like it.!!

During our move, 3 pieces of furniture were damaged. I was told by our movers that the office would be in contact on Tuesday as we moved over the holiday weekend. I called on Wednesday after not getting a call back and was told that they would work on my Potterybarn Chaise and it shouldn't take long, my desk (real wood) not particle board was destroyed. They said that they thought they would be able to fix it and I informed them that it would n ever be fixed to my satisfaction.

I feel as though I got ripped off with this company. We got moved in on a Saturday and they charged 135 an hour which is perfectly fine. They estimated it would only cost 2 hours or so, which is fantastic but it should've only been around 270. So they showed up to my house at 8:50 in the morning and finished moving everything in at 11:30 or so, so about 3 hours. Then when we get done with the paperwork and it comes time to pay, they stick me with an almost 600 dollar bill. 586.25.

I owe these people money. The reason I do is that during my move, big ticket items like my washer and dryer were dropped and damaged. Other items were dropped and broken. We took pictures and documented it all, waiting to hear from them as to how it would be taken care of. The man in charge of my move said that what they do is minus the cost of the damage from the cost of my move. Never heard anything. Come to find out that when I went to buy a car recently, I was refused.

First time using cowboy moving in was one of the WORST moving companies I have ever dealt with! Customer service was very horrible I scheduled my moving through Sherry, she was very rude and unprofessional wanted to charge for the move more than the movers wrote! Debbie did not do her job too... she scheduled what I requested WRONG, a LOT of miss communication. When I called and scheduled her appointment she did not write down everything that I've told her on the work order which slow down my moving process.

Henry , Alias, Anthony and Charles. These guys were awesome, professional, courteous and kind. They represented this company well. Top notch and had a long hard move getting our home packed up and they got it done. We so very much appreciated their service and skills. Excellent customer service and exceeded our expectations! Thank you, The stars have since changed due to the delivery of our furniture. Now the delivery of our furniture is entirely another story.
