All My Sons Moving & Storage

We have emailed the company twice with no response. They left two electric tv fireplaces covered and wrapped with their supplies, scratched walls, broke mirrors and a tv, then left nails in walls by not taking furniture completely off the wall. They struggled packing everything up so they had no gas when it came to unpacking and had the audacity to show back up and ask for a tip while my husband was gone.

I've moved twice with All my sons. One time they stole my rug and I saw the mover take it to the truck and didn't show up to the new house. I called later to check to see if it was left on the truck and it wasn't and they said they checked …

⭐☆☆☆☆ I would strongly discourage anyone from using this company. I booked my move one month in advance for 8:00 AM. The day before my move, they changed my confirmed arrival time to early to mid-afternoon, which was already frustrating. On moving day, the movers never called to let me know they were running late. Instead, I had to call the office three separate times, and each time I was told they didn’t know when the crew would arrive.

Absolutely terrible experience. I booked my move four weeks in advance, only to receive a call on the morning of the scheduled move saying they could not come out. The best alternative they offered was to reschedule four days later, which was completely unrealistic given my timeline. A moving company should be reliable, especially when customers plan weeks ahead. Canceling on moving day is unacceptable and caused significant inconvenience. Very unprofessional service. I would not recommend using this company.

Update: Note the reply from the owners saying email them to discuss. That was 5 months ago and after emailing them I never received a response. My suggestion is to avoid All My Sons Moving and Storage. Update two: I never heard from anyone. TL:DR All My Sons damaged my property in a move and tried to blame it on someone else. I would do 0 stars if it were possible.

If I could leave 0 stars.. I would. The worst moving company I have worked with. Took them 9 house to pack a 3 bed / 2 bath house where closets and pantry were already packed up. No clothes from drawers and no food was packed by them. Took them too long. Then another 4 hours to unload at storage and house but did not finish so had to come back next day (we had a 3 men crew) and we had 3 of my family members helping. They are not efficient movers.

We only needed someone to pack our Uhaul. They just threw it in practically. We bought straps that were practically disregarded. After they left, the things they stacked fell, and broke my flatscreen TV. We hadn't even started or moved the Uhaul yet. For some reason they stacked everything on top of our computer chairs? A few other things got broken in the collapse too. They were friendly. We paid them to wrap some of our furniture for safety, and I had a good experience with them previously.

I definitely do NOT recommend this company. They falsely quote when you call. They give you a reasonable price when b you call then over charge when they're done. Plus, they only bring one extra person to help so that they can spend more time and charge more. In the end, they broke many of my things and never offered to make it right. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.
