Absolute disaster This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. The movers arrived late, were unprofessional and rude, and complained the entire time — about dust, my cats (who were fully restrained and out of their way), and even the size of the place I was moving into. None of this was appropriate or acceptable. They overcharged me, stopped working for over an hour to eat, and still billed me for that time.
CHANGING THIS TO ZERO STARS. That’s what happens when you can’t locate over $50,000 worth of my belongings because the company neglected to inventory what they picked up. I can’t edit it to zero stars and originally the day of the move I was thrilled and wrote such a glowing review stating that I would’ve given them six stars if it was possible and gave them five. What a nightmare!
We are deeply disappointed that we have failed to exceed your expectations while using our move services, and we extend our heartfelt apologies, Kim. Providing exceptional service has always been at the core of our mission.
I was looking for a moving company and found this company. I called them up and a gentleman named Ray gave me an estimate of $328, all inclusive - two guys, two hours and a truck. I booked and the first problem was that they arrived late. By the time they checked in with security and went over the contract with me (which was 20 pages), 45 minutes had already gone by - from the 2 hours, on MY dime.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS****** Negative on all aspects. Was quoted $670. With no hidden fees. Drivers SHOWED UP by around 8:37am. Took about 25 minutes assessing the packages that were already ready packed up. One of the drivers must’ve had been having a Roid rage because he was Pissed off the whole time. Slamming packeges, listened to a podcast while working and just taking there sweet time.
You deserve the absolute best experience. Our aim is to exceed expectations, and we are truly sorry that this was not the case during your move with us. Please allow us the chance to investigate thoroughly and discuss this with you personally.
My experience with this company was genuinely horrid. For starters I had a scheduled move of a few pieces of furniture for a Tuesday at my apartment, which by the way is a 3 hour drive to get to from my home town house. I had a time slot scheduled and confirmed from 12-4, I had called them at 10:30 AM just to make sure everything was all good because mis-schedules happen all the time.

Terrible and unprofessional company. The guy who answers the phone and claimed to be the manager by the name of Emill was extremely rude, acted as if he was speaking to a an ex-girlfriend rather than a paying customer. Quoted us $500 and took a down payment of $100 for two rooms. He told us he was going to have his movers come between 12-3, then when we tried to have them come at 2 he begins to rudely say he doesn't pay his men to sit around and wait for us to be ready, then he says they will come at 1:30 and when…
No problem the gentleman were very kind and polite. They were very new to moving and everybody needs a chance . We own a buisnesss and the lead on the move we both said we would hire . Unfortunately they marked up badly my door frame in my master bedroom ,and scratched My dresser. Iam so glad you sent me a message as I haven't been able to get around to Messaging you . I will also put this on google review . You didn't provide your staff with any tools to take apart our bed and mirror , I had had to provide them .

Do NOT use this company! They lost parts to my brand new furniture. It took them 1.5 hours to make the same drive that took me 28 minutes. The guy said they stopped for gas & that I would get credited for that time. It took 20 minutes for them to figure out which elevator to take even though I made it clear to just use the main elevator. All of this cost me a lot of money! I asked them to close the patio door before they left & I gave them the key to lock the front door. They said they left the key under the mat.

Dwanis and Kendell were absolutely excellent!! They showed up right on time, pumped and ready to roll. We’d already disassembled and packed the small items into containers before they arrived, so with our per-hour package, we wasted zero time and maximized every minute. These guys didn’t hesitate for a second—they jumped straight in, expertly wrapping the big pieces in protective blankets and hauling them out with serious speed. From a heavy solid bed frame to a bulky pull-out couch, nothing slowed their pace.

I decided to write this review because I was extremely impressed by the professionalism demonstrated not only by the company itself, but more importantly by the crew who came to pick up all of our furniture. They arrived exactly as scheduled and began with a walkthrough of the entire house. After that, they divided into different areas and got to work. They carefully placed moving blankets around the furniture and then shrink-wrapped each piece from top to bottom.

Exceptional service from All My Sons movers! I typically don’t go out of my way to leave reviews unless the service was exceptionally good or terribly bad. In this instance, I can’t say enough good things about my recent experience with the 2man crew we needed Hue-Miguel, and Zachary! They both went above and beyond to help my mom move from her previous apartment into her new apartment. Moving can be overwhelming, especially for someone who’s older, but they handled everything with incredible care and efficiency.
