We had a lot of damage with our move. We filed a claim but never received compensation. I’ve emailed multiple times with no response.
Emerson, we sincerely apologize that your moving experience fell short of the standard You Move Me upholds, and we're particularly concerned to hear about the claim process not being resolved to your satisfaction.
Beware!! Absolute Scam!!! This company quoted me $140 for one hour of work to unload about 3/4 of a POD. When time came to pay, they tried to tell me it would be $280 instead saying that in addition to paying for their moving services I would also have to pay for the giant moving truck. They wanted me to pay for their moving truck for an unload of an hour. Funny thing is they tried this on the quote call to which I said I wouldn’t need the truck and the quoting person said I would not have to pay this.

Originally I was quoted for three hours of moving from this company. I explained that I had two beds to move, two dressers and a sectional couch as well as a ton of stuff. I lived in a two bedroom two bath apartment, so they quoted me 3 hours worth of work. When they got to my apartment I explained we weren’t able to finish packing everything and if they were able to we wanted to kitchen packed. They agreed to this and let me know it would take additional time to do. Awesome.

WARNING! Hire someone else to move you! Malachi came out to visual my belongings. Truck and two movers he said. I finally stopped crying, they left me with 1/4 of my belongings. Had to hire another mover! Only eight pieces of furniture and my nice TV stand did not make it to location so it was stolen! Boxes smashed! They were in such a hurry that they didn't pack the truck properly or they could have taken it all. Like I said I only had 8 pieces of furniture the rest boxes!
