All My Sons Moving & Storage

I hate writing bad reviews because I don't want to seem like a unhappy person by any means but everything with our move started out great, the team was very friendly and seemed to get things moved very quickly - my husband and I were moving to two separate places and they seemed to identify all of the items accordingly and packed it strategically. Come lunch time/break, it turned very differently.

I booked movers a month in advance to be sure everything was in order. Movers did not show up unit right at the latest time possible that we were told. (9:30AM) They were in a smaller rental truck and did not bring proper supplies. All 3 seemed not happy to be there, sighing and breathing heavily and complaining. Mulitple times they were on their phones or smoking and would stop when they saw us. Extremely unprofessional! Multiple items were damaged and beyond fixable.

I am not someone who ever leaves reviews or complains about services, but my experience was disappointing enough that I feel it should be shared. Before my move, I was told that packing supplies would be provided at no additional cost. However, I was later charged for them. What made this even more frustrating was that the movers used packing supplies I had already purchased before using their own.

If I could rate a 0 stars I would the crew was on time nice and respectful the managers were horrible in their explanation of charges for a less than 16 mile move I was charged over 1200 dollars they make it seem like they give you a deal with a coupon my 3 MAN crew consisted of 2 guys and a PREGNANT female that used my bathroom every 30 minutes while working..

OWNER GIVES OUT A FAKE PHONE NUMBER FOR MY CLAIM. The number the owner keeps replying with so i can receive “help with my claim” is a false number if you call it it rings once and no one ever picks up they do not want to take responsibility for the damage they made to MY HOME absolutely disgusting and disappointing that businesses like this are able to operate even though they have ruined multiple peoples homes and property I will be reporting all my sons to the better business bureau and I recommend anyone else…

They are NOT honest when consulting over the phone, about their rates, and never followed up when I called them about the issue. I just needed a treadmill moved up the stairs because I couldn't do it alone and got charged over $400 over the fiasco despite them quoting me much less. I was quoted $150 for the hourly rate, and I had never used a moving service before, and apparently there is a 2 hour minimum which they didn't tell me until AFTER I paid them my non-refundable $100 deposit for the appointment in an…

Waited a day to do this review so it wasn’t based off emotion. I have moved 6 times over the last 5 years and don’t remember every crew to help but I will definitely remember this job. A 3 bedroom house with only furniture pieces needing to be moved took about 3:30-3:45 minutes with 3 people and myself to help move the items. Time spent by various crew on their phones and lazily walking around. About 90% of the items already had shrink wrap, furniture pads or both.

Updated Review – June 2026 I am updating my previous five-star review from August 2025 because my experience on June 19, 2026 was dramatically different. As a widow and parent of a medically fragile daughter, I chose this company specifically because of the excellent service I received last year. This time, the crew worked for approximately five hours with no complaints.
