In their own words
Suddath = WORST EVER. I have had 2 moves with this company and both moves have been a nightmare. The first one, they destroyed 1/3 of my shipment with water damage and claimed that I shouldn't recieve a dime since they couldn't verify there was anything in the boxes THEY packed. It took 1 year and lawyers to finally sort that out. We even had the movers as witnesses to it and video of the boxes soaked through and through.
Like other negative reviews without a doubt, I can’t find a single positive thing to share about international move from Switzerland to US. The whole process was chaos from assessment of container size, packing team, loading team, local delivery, move coordinators and lost claim analysts. Each team blamed the other, yet ultimately they will do nothing to help or fix that doesn’t suit them. Our packers arrived and left because of “an injury” that was fabricated because the same person following day with no injury.
We understand your frustration and negative experience. It’s disappointing to hear your move didn’t meet your expectations, but we value your feedback and will use it to improve our services.
This is the absolute worst moving company that I have ever used. I am a 20-year military service member and have had to move over a dozen times and have only had minor damages to my HHGs. I've been lucky, but my luck ran out when Suddath was assigned as my moving company. These so-called "professional movers" managed to break my 2,800-dollar TV that traveled from Hawaii to Jacksonville in its original packaging.
RMS, 3rd party provider dropped and cracked my TV. The claim was filed with Suddath, Beatrice Kims, Customer Service Supervisor, and she has THE WORST attitude, and is very dismissive. Her attitude, is uncalled for, regardless of the turnout of the situation. I would have just given my TV to strangers and bought a new one, rather than to have this headache.... It's very frustrating. Don't waste your money on insurance, or this service.

Suddath Government Services was assigned to manage my most recent permanent change of station (PCS) for the military, and the only way I can describe the service received is terrible. This isn’t our first move, and some of the more difficult ones, including moving during the height of COVID, over an ocean to somewhere we didn’t speak the language, and across three time zones, but this move has been the worst experience for my family by leaps and bounds.
Hi Ryan, Suddath always strives to provide the best possible service to our military members. It's regrettable your move experience has fallen short of that mark. We take accusations of theft and property damage extremely seriously, and I have sent your remarks on to our military escalations team.
Not sure which location is responsible for my Navy son's household goods, so if not this location, I apologize. I am rating this company as a whole with the lowest rating possible. My son and his wife have transferred from NAS Lemoore, CA to NAS Pensacola, FL. Suddath Moving & Storage has had my son's entire household of goods since June 9th, 2026. Contracted date of delivery to their new house in Pensacola was today, July 2nd. Son and wife have been calling about their stuff since June 22nd.

They moved my belongings extremely fast. No issues in the transporting part. I have huge issues with the results of my delivery. I am missing a bulk item and it was indicated on the report that was filled out on delivery. Also there was damage to my TV which was also noted. Now I understand things happen, I'm not upset at that. What is frustrating me is the lack of accountability in the claims department. I have followed all steps to get my items recovered or reimbursed.

I will give them no stars but, unless I choose a star I can't post. I Just moved from overseas back to the mainland after requesting Early Release of Dependent (EROD) because of my abusive husband (CJK). I have a permanent protection order against him and there is also an ongoing investigation regarding another serious personal matter in which he is also involved. Our divorce has not been finalized yet.

We recently relocated from Atlantic Beach to Nocatee FL. We engaged Suddath to assist in our move. Yana, the moving coordinator, contacted us, inquiring about our exit and entry timetable. We informed her of our date and time requirements to exit our then current house (in accordance with our sales agreement and Realtor) as well as the move to our new residence. Yana passed along our dates and times to the Suddath moving team. Yana followed up with us as our time to ‘the date’ moved closer.

Suddath Moving did a great job for my mother last week. My wife and I flew to Florida to pack my mom up so she could move near my sister in St. Augustine. Alvaro lead a crew with Steven and Alejandro. They were a great moving team. There were some large paintings and TVs that needed packaging and some furniture along with all the boxes of smaller items we had packed. They did an outstanding job. They were efficient, careful and communication was first rate. They showed up on time and finished when they predicted.

We had a wonderful experience with Suddath from start to finish! Moving can be stressful, but they made the entire process smooth and worry-free. The team was professional, punctual, and well organized. The crew handled our belongings with care and worked efficiently throughout the packing, loading, and delivery process.
