In their own words
I used this moving company this month for their moving services and j must say the service from the owner was horrible. Unprofessional and poor quality. The total was more than 160%more then the estimate because he didn't have enough man. A …
Thank you for sharing your feedback, though we would like to clarify several points regarding your move from Jacksonville to Georgia. Our standard practice for a 2-bedroom home is a 2-man crew, and your signed estimate explicitly outlined this number while providing the option to request additional…
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. THEY CARELESSLY THREW MY FURNITURE INTO THE TRAILER. BROKEN LAMPS, AN ANTIQUE CREDENZA WITH 2 DOORS NOW BROKEN OFF THE HINGES, MY HEADBOARD WAS DAMAGED, AND THEY PACKED THE TRAILER INCORRECTLY THAT OTHER FURNITURE WERE PIERCED, SCRAPED AND MY SOFAS GOT FILTHY.
We are genuinely sorry to hear about the condition of your items upon arrival. However, it is important to clarify the circumstances of this move. At your request, our team was instructed not to wrap the furniture.
Based on terrific reviews on this and other sites, we hired Royal. See accompanying photos and Open Letter for results. See also photos of eight of the ten pieces of art that were missing from storage. We are filing a stolen property …

There are some really good moving companies out there two Men and a truck Father and sons. This company was completely unprofessional. They gave me an estimate which was already high but I needed to have some items moved. So be it. However, after they finished my two hour move they wanted to charge me an additional $300. I told them I'll see you in small claims court they settled for the original sum.
Let me start by saying my movers we're great. Angel and Cortez did an outstanding job during my move. They deserved a raise. The customer service I received was great from the movers and Sammy. I'm very upset because I was told it would …
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience, and I want to first acknowledge how grateful we are for your kind words about Angel, Cortez, and the customer service you received.
They won't give refunds unless you delete your bad reviews BTW... anyways.. We hired Royal Moving Co. for a simple 1 bed, 1 bath apartment move. The quote was $395, and we made their job as easy as possible—most of our stuff was already …
We’re disappointed to read about your experience and sincerely regret any frustration caused. After your boyfriend’s initial review, we reached out directly to find a fair solution. Following a thorough conversation, we agreed to discount your move by half an hour, effectively bringing your charge…
