Horrific dishonesty. Hidden charges ($70 for "packing tape" for just two couches). Rude customer service. A $100 deposit that they took from me, only to damage my leather couch and then refuse to refund the deposit. What terrible people.
The worst moving company ever! They cancelled on Saturday (the day I was supposed to be moving) and said they would do it on Monday. They didn't show up on Monday and when I called, they said it would be Wednesday. On Wednesday they went to the new address instead of the one I was moving out of so they arrived late. One of the 2 guys used the bathroom and was in there for at least 20 minutes while I was being charged by the hour.
Was given a SHALL NOT EXCEED price and it exceeded it by $120. They claim it's because it took longer than estimated because we had more furniture moved than what they saw at the time of estimation, except we actually had less boxes and I even moved a few pieces over myself to try and make it easier for them. One of the three guys slacked off and ran up the timer.
Everything arrived broken and dirty. Movers arrived at 4pm finished at 6:30pm and charged me for 8 plus hours 10:45am-7pm saying they would refund any unused time. Total cost for everything broken & 2.5 hours of dropping off a prior move: $5,472 Complete scam. Brand new peloton is broken. Everything is filthy. No response from the company. Do not hire.
Never use this moving company. It has been a month since we moved in with no resolution on our multiple pieces of broken furniture reimbursement (yes, we did purchase the insurance). The move should have only taken half a day at most and took a total of 10 hours, which we were charged overtime for. The quote was completely different than our final price due to hidden fees of using materials, fuel, etc. The movers took their time, were on their phones, and stopped for food on our time.
NEVER HIRE THESE MOVERS!!! Ill start from the beginning. I hired them on 8/2/20. They were on time i will give them that. That's where the good things end. They did not wear masks during the move even though i did. Next, they damaged my bed frame in several places from mishandling. Not only have I been unsuccessful at getting reimbursed for the damage caused to my bed frame but I have also called multiple numbers and not gotten any help with it.
I have used All My Sons before and had no issue. Today was an absolute DISASTER! Not only did the movers damage my old apartment, I was called a liar by Samuel when I sent a photo of the damage. I then was never, ever given the opportunity to sign a final document that acknowledges damages and walkthroughs, but one of the movers FORGED MY SIGNATURE on a document and luckily a pdf was emailed to me so I have proof of this. Samuel was the most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with.
On the week of the 26th of September 2019, I contacted "All My Son's Moving and Storage" in order to get a quote on having someone come over to a disabled family member's home to help them move their furniture into a 16' POD. For the record, I live in Orlando and this individual is a single, physically disabled mom living in Miami Florida; furthermore, I decided to contact "All My Son's Moving and Storage" because of their supposed good reputation etc.
Hi Alberto, I would like to apologize for the experience that you and your friend went through with us. Now, the way I am reading this it looks as if our Miami location is the one that you spoke with and not the Orlando location.

Really great experience with these movers. They were on time, courteous, quick, and very careful with the boxes and furniture. I think the team leader’s name was Alex. He was very good and directed his crews very efficiently. I really liked their service! I would happily hire them again!

We LOVED Austin and Rory as our movers!! This was our first time using a moving company, and it could not have gone smoother. Austin and Rory were communicative, friendly, efficient, and worked so well as a team. They were incredibly helpful with it being our first time—offering suggestions on how and where to store the boxes we packed. One of the legs on our nightstands did end up breaking during the move, but Austin was very transparent about it and discussed possible next steps for resolution.

This was the second time we used All My Sons after a 5-star experience two years ago. And we likely will use them if we move again. We moved on a Monday and they stored our stuff until Tuesday when we did a double-closing. The Tuesday move was perfect. Five stars to Alejeandro, Matt and Nado. What an awesome trio. We got it all done in under two hours just like we did in our previous move with them. Monday was a little rough. We booked the move about 1.5 months beforehand and asked for 3 movers for 3 pm.
