This was my first time having a bad experience with a mover. I have used various movers over the years but have never had an experience like this. When booking, the person I spoke to was fantastic and very professional, so I was confident the move would go smoothly. I was quoted around $500 as the move was very small. On moving day, it took them about 45 minutes to pack up my things and we had about an hour drive to my new place.
Movers we hired to load our U-Haul and said it would take 4 hours. They were there 8.5 hours. We had the largest U-Haul and our home is 3 bedrooms. We had to leave 2 bikes and a long metal designer sofa table behind. They scratched practically every wooden piece of furniture and severely damaged a metal frame on a $2,000 painting. One of our bedroom sets is Ethan Allen. When we got to our destination, the movers here that unloaded asked if we used a professional company because it was so poorly packed .

Review: We recently moved from a 5-bedroom, 2-story home into another 5-bedroom, 2-story home. The catch was that the new home was fully furnished because it had been a model home, so most of our old furniture had already been sold. This meant the movers’ job was actually pretty straightforward: • Dismantle three beds upstairs. Two of them, plus a dresser and a desk, were loaded into the truck. The third bed, dresser, and two nightstands just needed to be taken downstairs to our garage, not transported.

What a scam. I paid 3200.00 dollars in three payments over the phone by day 2 of what was supposed to be a one-day move. They will literally leave you high and dry if you don’t continue to pay them over the phone during the move. I have a downstairs garage filled with all my belongings still boxed up. The movers said they had to go to another job. So many boxes, most of which I can’t even budge. Don’t be fooled, they may be family owned but that doesn’t mean they’re good decent people. Watch out.

Charge a different price than the quote they give. They will use material that you don’t need just to charge for it. They take longer time on purpose just so they can charge you more. Unprofessional and dishonest. I dare anyone do deny any of the above.
My sister booked these movers to move her items from a three bedroom home, stop at an additional location for more items, and deliver at an apartment. She was quoted $2100-$2500. Change of plans now they are moving my items from a 500 sq ft …

Our moving team was absolutely incredible. José, Clint, Micah, and the rest of the crew went far beyond what was expected. I’m so sorry I don’t remember the names of the other two gentlemen on the team, but every single one of them was exceptional. They were unbelievably careful with everything — not just valuable items, but things that meant a lot to us personally and held sentimental value. Everything was packed with such professionalism and attention to detail that I truly never worried about a single item.

I had A great experience with all my sons moving, my movers were Aldrid And Cleveland. They were amazing and did everything that I expected and more. Very nice and handled my stuff with extra care. Everything was wrapped and taped and made it to the next location 100% unscathed. Thank you very much for a wonderful experience. I would definitely suggest all my sons moving for any of my friends and I will use them again if I ever move again.
