Damaged my toolbox and never got reimbursed even though I paid for the insurance. These people couldn't care less about peoples damaged property. Save yourself and use someone else. UPDATE: Your team reached out to me after the move and were very rude and still used every possible measure to do the least to resolve the issues. You made your bed now lay it in. Absolutely the worst experience in moving ever. Forget about righting your many wrongs now.

Called several times and no answer. I left a message and never got a response 😒. The recording said higher than longer wait times do to Covid19, which is understandable. One, higher more people, so many people are out of work. Two, at least return messages, even if you can't do the job. …

I used two men in the truck of Pinellas County for a move from Clearwater Beach Florida to East Longmeadow Massachusetts on January 30 of 2016. My move required two trucks and was quoted by Ben Gordon (very nice guy) and the more expensive than the other quotes I received, Ben assured me I would receive personalized service from people who care and that any issues would be resolved airing to the side of making certain I was pleased. This all sounded great.
Rick, I’m really sorry your move and the follow-up on the damaged items have dragged on this long and that you haven’t been getting calls or emails returned—that’s not the service Ben promised you, and it’s not acceptable.
I called and was given a round about estimate for moving 1 item, an old TV cabinet. Weight was 140#. 59"L x 52" height x 22" deep. I was told on the phone the price would be $169 which seemed a might high but I don't have a truck. Errors: 1. The movers were supposed to call me 30 minutes before they went to the pick up destination. They never called me. I was unable to inspect the furniture before it arrived at my home. 2. On my invoice, I was charged $95 for insurance.
FloridaGal, I’m really sorry we let you down on this move — especially the missed 30‑minute call, the lack of a chance to inspect the cabinet, and the frustration around the unexpected $95 coverage charge and not getting to review/initial on the iPad yourself.
They tried to tell me it was a $200 convenience fee just for them to leave their office to drive to the location which is 14 mins away 🤣🤣🤣 they also quoted me $900 total for a tiny one bedroom apartment move. I used them a year and a half ago and paid less than half of that for the same distance, same apartment to same storage unit, same amount of furniture.

I would give them less if I could. This is the second time, and now last time we will ever use Two Men and a Truck. We just paid thousands of dollars to move from Florida back to Ohio and let me tell you....so many of our things have been damaged. They didn't wrap any of my canvas paintings. And two of them are destroyed. I have broken lamps, my mattresses are filthy like they dragged them around outside or the truck was dirty. They were careless, and in a hurry.

The guys were AMAZING. AND I MEAN AMAZING! NOW THE COMPANY IS A DIFFERENT STORY. DANICA OFFERED AN ESTIMATE FOR EVERYTHING AND MADE SURE I KNEW FOR EVERY 15 MIN OVER WAS $34, ON THE DELIVERY DATE THE GUYS DID WONDERFUL ON THE TIME, 30 MIN THE OFFICE DECIDED TO CHARGE ME $130 EXTRA TO UNLOAD! NEVER ONCE MENTIONED, NOT MENTIONED ON THE ESTIMATE. THEN MARY KEPT CHANGING THE PRICES EVERY TWO MINUTES! I WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER CONTACT THIS COMPANY SHAUN, EVER! This was a nightmare!
Sha, thank you for sharing this—I’m really sorry for the stress and the surprise charges after what sounded like a great experience with the moving crew. What you described about the unloading fee not being on the estimate and the pricing changing is not how we want to operate.
We mov d from a 960sqft condo into another. Mov took 9.5 hours, twice the cost of moving in. They broke an exit sign on property damaged my couch and lost the glass top of my coffee table. I was told that these items would be fixed or money taken off the bill. My initial conversation afterwards- I was told an entirely different story. A VERY expensive move.

From the moment I inquired about services through to delivery, this team was a dream to work with.
