Giving 2 stars only because they gave me a partial refund, otherwise it would be 1 star. Absolutely would not recommend. Overpriced, unprofessional movers (found one chilling on his phone at one point, the other damaged 2 different walls, and my couch and dresser were both damaged), they took an hour after loading the truck up with my belongings to stop for drinks and arrive at the new location that was only 10 miles away. It took 7 hours to move a 782 sq ft 1-bedroom apt. I expected to be done in 4-5.

I got tricked. Don't get tricked. I wish I read the 1 star reviews. Find a different company. I'm sure there are better. 3hrs 15 min move = $1400. I moved limited stuff from house to storage less 2.2 miles away. Initial quote from the 1st phone guy was about $200/hr. Then the business guy talked a lot about extra fees and 15% extra charge, but never mentioned the cost in numbers (big clue that it's a trick). Then came the movers (vincent and his team were great) and they get told to tell me the bill is $1400.
0 stars management was extremely rude. I hired them to load my moving truck. They charged me a 15% surcharge for fuel and transport… when I ask why because they're not transporting and I already paid $250 for fuel and time for them to come + the hourly. The guy said I legally have to. I understand the sales tax but they charged above that because they can. Then he threatened to pull his crew if I didn't accept.

We had an amazing experience with All My Sons! The three movers we had were awesome. They got us completely moved into our new place in less than four hours, and I honestly couldn’t believe how fast and efficient they were. They were friendly, respectful, professional, and just genuinely nice to work with. They worked hard the entire time, took great care of our belongings, and made what could have been a stressful day feel so much easier.

Let me start by saying I used a different location with my last move and it was uhhhh disappointing to say the least so I was a little apprehensive finding out that's who we booked our move with this time. Officially REDEEMED!! They were absolutely incredible. We did a partial pack and they moved a 3300sq ft house. Vince was AMAZING!!!! The entire crew was very respectful, careful and just a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend everyone on the team.

I called ALL My Sons the day before I needed to schedule a local move and they were great! The manager that I worked was Micheal and he was an absolute gem. I found the entire All My Sons team to be very professional, courteous, and truly caring about me, my move and my belongings. The movers were very attentive and superb in their communication with me their handling of my things. This was my first time using a moving service. Due to timing, I ended up needing a 2nd service by no fault of them. Mario and Craig were especially helpful and informative the first day. The 2nd day, Brent joined them and it was a seamless effort with those 3. They went above and beyond, including making room for me to be able to walk in my storage. Upper management was also helpful, so thank you to Michael and Doug as well. When it's time to move out, I will certainly use them again.
