Roblas Moving Services

Incredibly careless and unprofessional work resulting in countless damaged belongings. We booked Roblas services to pack and load a moving truck and were incredibly disappointed to see how many of our belongings were destroyed. Heavy boxes and bins were stacked on top of each other crushing the contents below. Their negligence also resulted in a broken TV, damaged desk, and other large pieces of furniture in need of repair.

Had a move scheduled for first thing this morning and didn't show up. Called the number twice, sent a text message with no response. I then noticed a message that got sent to spam, it was all in Spanish, which I do not speak, but I think it said something about car trouble. By this point it was almost an hour past the scheduled time so I called and luckily found another company that could do a same day service.

Don’t know who is staging /writing all the raving reviews… they destroyed every piece of furniture. They didn’t shrink wrap anything and only after I asked they used my shrink wrap, my tape, my flatbed dolly, my wagon. Limited on pics I could upload. I paid for 7 hours for a 2 bedroom and garage. Destination movers upon unloading were concerned they placed 2 x 55’ tv’s in back of uhaul this after I to,d them they usually go on the walls of the trailer and after inefficient loading resulting my leaving behind $800…

if I could give them a negative star I would. This moving company ruined my drive way, damaged my gym equipment and furniture. And when I asked them to be careful (CONTINUOUSLY) the workers laughed at me. In retrospect, I should not have paid them but I was hustling to move out of my home as I'm selling it. As a military combat veteran, I put priority on doing things right.

The crew that showed up did not wrap anything except the TV which they broke. They scratched up two of my tables and scratched the floor that was at the home we moved into. They will only pay $34 to fix my TV that cannot be fixed because its broken inside of the TV. The TV needs to be replaced. They refuse to pay for the repairs on one table because they said it didn't match the description that we sent. Just because they dont make that table any longer.

They were horrible!! Scratched several pieces of my furniture. Scratched and ruined my wood floor! And the worst thing is they broke the glass in my coffee table!! Instead of taking care of the glass, they laid it down in my front yard and then stepped on it and broke it!! They took the the table and promised to get the glass replaced that day! It has been a week now! Every time we call they have an excuse why it hasn’t been done! This is a terrible moving company! I don’t recommend them to anyone!

My wife set up to have movers come and move our furniture at 7am and its now 7:35 and still nothing. I dont know if punctuation means anything to your company but it means a lot to us because we had plans to be on the road today ASAP. We decided to move forward with other movers. I dont know who is giving the 5 star reviews on here, but do NOT believe them. Absolutely unprofessional.

I’ve used Roblas Moving Services three times in the past and even recommended them to others, so this was especially disappointing. I reached out yesterday for help and never received a response. As a returning customer, the lack of communication made me feel ignored and undervalued. Because of this experience, I won’t be using or recommending this business again.
