Do NOT use Top Notch Movers. Top Notch San Antonio DOES NOT RATE ANY STARS. The one star rating is required to write a review. This company DID NOT provide a "quality and stress-free moving experience!", a quote from one of their reviews on the website. This was the worst move and they are IGNORING the damage claim. The Top Notch crew failed to properly prepare the items for moving, loaded the truck with brute force resulting in lots of damaged furniture and other damaged personal property.

I've used this group n they were great at the time but this time not so much. I kept asking for things to be wrapped but they didn't do it. They put a family portrait in the trash. They broke the blinds. But I was told to sign the paperwork saying nothing was damaged and I felt they wouldn't leave till I signed. I was told I would still be paying for the blankets even though they didn't use them. Why wouldn't they use them? The price included help with packing but they weren't really willing to do it.
We have no record here at Top Notch Movers of ever moving you. Please delete this review if its a mistake or call my office so we can help you with your grievance. Thank you.
I’m leaving this review because we hired Top Notch based in part on the positive reviews on Google, so I want to provide another perspective for potential customers. We had several issues, some of which were resolved, more or less, but there are two noteworthy issues I want to address here. First, the estimator underbid our move by about $4000.

Very disappointed! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL REGRET IT. Movers don’t care, we just had our floors done and paid lots of $$$$$$$ for them to come in to our home and scratch them! Don’t use this company, look at the rest of the reviews on this site. There are other moving companies that we should have gone to, but it was last minute. And wanted our furniture back asap. You will regret using them!!!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Top Notch Moving Company made a stressful day so much easier. Cris, Amadeus, and Moises were wonderful to work with from start to finish. They wrapped everything carefully, placed items exactly where I asked, and handled my belongings with great care. The team had a great attitude, communicated clearly, and did an excellent job managing expectations throughout the move.

Top Notch Movers came to our rescue! We needed some counters moved in a very specific timeline. We had another mover scheduled and when they showed up they said they couldn't do the work and left. We scrambled and luckily found Top Notch Movers. We called, they said "No Problemo" and showed up with a professional moving crew a few hours later. They professionally wrapped the extra heavy counters, loaded them up and delivered them easily. We would 100% without a doubt use them again.
