If there was a zero star I would give it. The Move out of our original house was wonderful. Then the storage and delivery of our belongings to our new house was a circus and a nightmare. I dont know where to begin....We purchased additional coverage to protect our items and that was a joke. The claims department has been fighting, arguing, and lying ever since the process began 30 days ago.

I contacted them for a local move, one bedroom apartment the drive from one place to the next was about 15 minutes away with traffic. The arrived over 1 hour late, they offered me an extra guy at no extra cost to make the move faster since they were late. The guys were slow, loading the truck should not have taken 3 guys more than 1 hour, since we had everything packed.

This was possibly one of the most miserable moves I have ever had, and I have moved across the entire continent twice. It wasn’t so much that anyone was rude, necessarily everybody was nice enough, but if something could go wrong, it went wrong, and at the end of the day, it didn’t really feel like anyone was interested in helping me make it right.

Please don't use this company. Worst experience ever. The movers are experienced and caused damage to the townhouse. The claims department for this company offered me $200 to fix the repairs. See photos, does this look like a $200 job to you? Update: The company responded to my post with a phone number to connect to discuss the issues. On January 28, 2026, I received an email from Marie with Reputation Management . She apologized for the poor handling of my claim and requested a call Friday.

STAY AWAY! Absolute Bait-and-Switch Nightmare!I usually don’t write reviews, but I am absolutely furious and refuse to let this company rip anyone else off. All My Sons Moving & Storage pulled a massive bait-and-switch on me, abusing the difference between a "quote" and an "estimate" to bleed my wallet dry. Let me be clear: a quote is a FIXED price. This moving company is a scam!! Don’t use them they are extremely overly priced and they don’t even move all your things but yet they charge you an arm and a leg. My family moved 5/30/26. They made it seem like it was going to be an easy swift move however it was every thing but that. We have a 4 bedroom home and 3 bathroom. Please keep in mind we had boxed everything and I mean everything so upon the arrival all they had to do is grab and start to move.

This was my worse experience ever. After thinking that the 1st moving company canceling on me the day before was bad , booking All My Sons was the worse. I was scheduled for 11-3 they arrived at 4:45pm. They were polite, yet dragging, me and daughter helped moved, they then took forever. At 9:00pm the manager called to tell me it will be the next day before they can even deliver my things.

EDIT: their canned response is extremely cute. I emailed and never received an email back. My husband received a patronizing "I'm so sorry your name came across my desk to file a claim" email but they've never ONCE tried to call or actually fix the HUGE issues from our move. I would absolutely not recommend them with something as important as a move. If I could mark negative stars for this company, I absolutely would. We were really excited based on our phone call for our move with All My Sons.

Movers are soooo good pricing isn’t so great their more expensive than other movers and when they confirmed me for a 2 man crew and then said they only had 3 and wouldn’t honor the price yah not so great! But the actual movers are top tier !!
The team arrived on time and moved efficiently packing the truck. They were professional and thorough and took great care with my belongings. I was very pleased with the move and am happily in my new home. Definitely would recommend!

These items mean so much to me, and I wanted them handled with the utmost care. All My Sons Moving sent three movers—Charles May, Ronald, and Kirvonte—and from the moment they arrived, I felt reassured. They greeted me warmly and listened to my concerns about the marble and delicate woodwork. Watching them work, I could see how much pride they took in their job.
