Will never use again. They use third party movers to actually move your items. Total lack of pricing transparency and movers move intentionally slow in order to increase final bill. My items were damaged, my most important items are still at my storage, I have to now call another moving company in order to get these items and my initially 4 hour moving day increased to 10 hours. You would've thought I moved from a mansion to another mansion. This was ridiculous and will never use this "company" again.

Furniture was not handled with care. My master bedroom mirror was broken, lamps were dropped down during moving and chairs arrived dirty. Called Filed a complaint on website and received no answer . Very hard to get hold of an agent after signing contract.

DO NOT USE THEM! - I did a long distance move after exiting the military. My PS5 and multiple pairs of designer shoes were stolen! The company did nothing. Stay away!
I was extremely displeased with Bellhops customer service. I will NEVER recommend or use this company again. Their movers, who were very kind and courteous and hard working broke one of the most expensive items that my fiancé and I owned, our large green egg. I was very patient with the mover who broke it because, as I said, he was very kind, worked very hard and mistakes happen. However, how the mistake was handled by the company is inexcusable.

Edit for clarity : The expectation was not for movers to label individual boxes. The expectation is that they label furniture. 2 bedrooms had the same bed but different sizes. They had to take extra time to figure out what parts matched which bed. In my experience movers use color coded tabs to ensure each rooms furniture is easily identified instead of having ask about every item. Original post: I've moved 4 times since 2013. SCAM! This company is a scam! I wouldn’t even rate them a one star. They do all of the smooth talking and making things sound so wonderful for your move until the move happens. They are polite and communicate with you until they get your money. After they get your money they could care less about what’s really happening with your move, they don’t care if things get broke or if things are not matching the reservation. They change things day of and there is nothing you can do about it.

I had an excellent experience with the three gentlemen who loaded my belongings. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and handled everything with care. They did a great job maximizing the space in my container while making sure my furniture, appliances, TVs, mattresses, and other items were packed securely to help prevent damage during transport. They were professional, respectful, and communicated well throughout the entire process.

The entire moving crew was courteous and efficient. Every effort was made to make sure all my items were handled with care during the loading and unloading of the truck. They also double checked that I was satisfied with the placement of my furniture and rearranged it to m my liking. I highly recommend them.
