All My Sons Moving & Storage

Absolutely Horrible Experience! We had a multitude of issues starting with the fact that they never confirmed the time frame for the move. We called & emailed for 2 days before the move date trying to get a time frame and never received anything. The driver called on the date of the move and informed us that he was a few minutes away. They damaged a wall in my home and Wayyyy Overcharged us. When we attempted to speak to someone the following few days, we were sent from office to office and they never answered.

I have tried reaching out many times before only to get no answer. I moved on the 9th of July in 2025, and have been trying to get in contact with them every since, but with no avail. I did not want to have to write a review, but let this be a warning to anyone considering this company. To start, they said they would be there between 8am and 9am, but didn't arrive until almost 9:45. Should have been my first red flag. Our movers were friendly, but they damaged many items and even DROPPED my dresser!!

Horrible business with predatory practices. Really disappointed considering how they are advertised all over DFW. They will nickel and dime you out of your hard earned money. I called about 3 weeks before I closed on my home for a quote. I spent about 20 minutes on the phone going over the size of my home and the items that would be moved, the person on the phone advised we would only need 2 movers and a 26 foot truck.

I found All My Sons Moving through Google and was initially encouraged by the high reviews — which makes me believe my experience may not be everyone’s, but I still feel it’s important to share. I filled out a quote request online and was quickly contacted, which I appreciated. However, things went downhill from there. Unfortunately, the representative who took my information input it incorrectly, which led to delays in receiving confirmation emails and updates.

Edit to add: After speaking with Heather I thought everything was going to made right. I went through the claim process just to be slapped with a settlement number that is laughable. Only to speak with Joe about having someone rereview and he stated no one could. That is under a contract and I should of for seen the damages would happen and add the more expensive one. Well had I would of known about the damages and the claim process I would have never booked.

First off, you could repair your truck's properly. Our truck had a hole in it and it was raining. We booked for the 18th as we had no choice due to the owners of the house. The only solution was to send another truck the next day which was not an option. We had to have everything cellophaned and wrapped in blankets to help protect our belongings. The movers told us that they have been asking for a year to have the hole in the truck repaired. Proper inspections and maintenance of your vehicles is mandatory.

I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because the customer service was really good as far as the representatives on the phone, and the 3 men that showed up. However, I’m completely disappointed in general. I moved 10 miles away and the fuel charge was over $200! Then they added a trip charge which was also over $200! So over $400 to drive 10 miles. They should be ashamed. I moved from a 1700 sq foot single story house to an apartment with one set of stairs 1400 sq ft. They didn’t have to move any appliances..

05/09/24 Update. I was charged an amount on my credit card higher than what was approved and discussed. To date, as requested in writing, All My Sons leadership has not contacted me. They made the whole moving experience a nightmare! I will not let this matter rest until what was damaged and inaccurately charged is fully restored. Look at the shallow, inauthentic, and insensitive response from their representative which is a standard copy and paste response given to multiple clients giving low reviews.
