LIARS AND CHEATERS. First of all, they take twice the time than what they tell you in the estimate, to charge you more. The real expense was more than twice than what they told us. They would not unload your luggage until you pay them whatever number they come up with, no matter how exaggerated- not open to discussion. You can clearly see that they work intentionally slow and disappear in between so that they can charge you more.

Avoid All My Son’s Moving & Storage at all costs! I hired All My Son's Moving & Storage for a recent move, and it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a moving company. What started as a promising interaction with a representative quickly turned into a nightmare. Late Arrival: The movers were supposed to arrive at 8 AM, but didn’t show up until 3 PM. When I called to ask about the delay, they gave me an excuse, but no real explanation or apology.

Hello 👋 I belive the owner replies on Google review so that other customers can see, however when u try to contact them on email id/phone number provided by them - they don't reply.. It's more than a week I am trying to call/email them, however no reply. This is how they care about the customers. Now belive instead of writing review or contacting them over an email about our concerns, we should have taken different direction - probably consumer forum or 911.

BEWARE!!! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM BUSINESS!!! Use any other moving company except All My Sons. Very disappointed and would highly recommend against using this moving company. I booked my move very far in advance. The day of the move, one of the movers was a no show and so I was told that I needed to reschedule to a different day as it was a 3 man job.

I booked All My Sons Moving & Storage a month in advance for a move from Rochester, NY to Connecticut. During my initial phone call, I was told an 11:00 a.m. arrival for two movers to help unload my truck would be no problem. Later, I was contacted again and told that wasn’t actually an option, and that I had to choose between a morning window or a 12:00–3:00 p.m. window. To avoid disrupting the movers’ schedule, we chose the afternoon window. On moving day, I received a call at 8:00 a.m.

Isaias Longinos Hernandez and his crew of two other gentleman were amazing. Let me be clear the movers deserve 5 stars. Unfortunately the amazing movers were held up for 30 mins trying to get the electronic payment portal to work. After many attempts to utilize the system Isaias called the sales agent Americo who he asked to support him in troubleshooting. The faulty system even had another one of the movers assisting as well.

HORRIBLE!! I repeat, HORRIBLE!!!!! Please do not be fooled by the 5 star reviews. They have to be fake. There is no way on earth these people could do a 5 star job. I won’t even waste my time explaining what went wrong with my move that cost me $2200 to move me an hour away??? How they broke things, smoked on the job and asked me “what did I do for a living and how could I afford my place since it was so nice?” ????? I’m sorry???

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I had All My Sons from CT location pack our UPack trailer yesterday for our long dist. move, and had the worst experience imaginable - unbelievably slow, being bullied to pay twice the expected price, and being yelled at by manager Keith when trying to let him know about the serious issues we were having. Now the UPack driver has just left our house after spending an hour talking with us about how badly the truck was packed.
