Update: I do NOT have the wrong company. You don't have me in your system because I facilitated my mom's move, and she is the one who paid the bill. Whoever worked with us claimed to be an owner. He was bald and had poor character. My sister called and spoke to you shortly after the move, which was in February. The reason I delayed posting an honest review is because I didn't want my mom getting screwed over because she was renting moving blankets from you. Thankfully, that's no longer a concern.

One star might seem extreme, but the fact of the matter is they never completed the job. We were quoted $3500 for a full service move, including packing, moving, and unpacking. They never unpacked a single box, but still went $1300 over the estimate. I don’t understand what went wrong, because they have such phenomenal reviews. We have moved six times in the last ten years, and this has never happened to us. Yes, there have been moves that went over the estimate. But this feels like we were taken advantage of.

Drivers are reckless on the road, just saw one doing 70+mph weaving in and out of traffic. They flew by me on the right, cut me off and almost took my front bumper off, I had to brake hard so they wouldn't. Then watch them ride the ass of other cars, less then a car length at freeway speeds, while weaving from lane to lane. When I did catch up to them and honked they just smiled at me while flipping me off. Very unprofessional and dangerous, would never use these clowns or recommend them to anyone.

Gave me a $1500 quote and turned it into a $5600 bill. No one came out for the estimate, no call to go over everything, and don't care about you after they take your money. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!! Broke over $3500 in collectibles and only offered $85, they wanna go by how much it weighed and give .72 per pound and not what's it worth. These people will break your stuff and the office will rob you. AGAIN, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE

I did not chose this moving company but am leaving a sticker shock warning for people. They have 3 hour minimums on weekdays, 4 hour minimums on weekends, plus $25 extra per hour on weekends. I was quoted $900 plus tax for help moving furniture up one flight of stairs into my one bedroom apartment on a weekend. This company is only for people with large moves, definitely not the company you want for a simple move.

Unfortunately, they dropped a very expensive custom walnut dining table. They wrapped it insufficiently with blankets which were too thin. To make matters worse, they only want to pay $180. For a $825 repair. What a slap in the face. Dale Shafman, Northwest wood design.

When All Ready returned my furniture, they damaged most of the antique dressers, by leaving chunks in the veneers. Most upsetting was that they lost the metal canopy to a bed, large metal curved bars. I remembered them walking out with them …
