Yeah they are friendly, but just to convince you to buy things that won't show up for weeks past the time window they give. Super disappointing to to spend several thousands on several items, ensured that they'll be there within 1-2 weeks and told "you'll definitely hear from the delivery team within 5 days" just to not hear from anyone for the full two weeks and told that it may actually take up to a month to receive our items?

This is the worst store to shop at. My husband and I bought a rug, but we never received it. Finally, after complaining at the store, they told us they would refund our money—which is going to take a week or more. I really do not recommend them.

We found some furniture at another store we liked and went back to Olympia Furniture to see if they could order it for us because we like their service. The furniture was ordered and arrived on time carefully wrapped and loaded into our truck. We’ll be back.

So glad we stopped in! Got an honest salesperson who helped us find what we were looking for, at a reasonable price without being pushy. Looked over a sales agreement we had from another furniture store and told us everything was legitmate and looked good. He could have tried to scam us right there and we would have never known. Loved his integrity and made a 2nd purchase with him be cause if it. We were working with the store owner/manager and we couldn’t have been more impressed.
Very friendly and helpful staff & owner. Bought a couch a few months back that was custom made and shipped up from Texas; great quality. The team that brought it from the warehouse and set up also provided wonderful customer service. Highly recommend shopping here. They have a variety of pieces for different budgets.
