Paid so much with the hope of getting quality service. They brought an ugly dead truck for an out of town move. Was promised 4 men but ended up with two overworked men. Truck broke down and has remained on my street 3 days after my move. Really horrible experience in all.
We booked a few days in advance of hiring this company for the second time in four months (we renovated our home and were living in a rental). We were quoted $163/hour for 3 men in July 2018 which was a little more than the $148/hour for 3 men we were charged in March 2018. Unfortunately the company pulled a major fast one on us and the third mover left within the first 15 minutes of the job starting. His departure was not communicated to us by the lead driver, Jay; rather, I asked what had happened to him.
I have used them a couple of times and I would have given them a good review but after my last move, I would tell everyone to steer clear. This time it was clear they do not train their movers properly and hired people with no experience or common sense. Due to their negligence, I was seriously injured. To make matters worse, this was 7 months ago and they have not taken responsibility and have not responded to my lawyer. The owner never even reached out to me when I let them know immediately what happened.
Dear Ms. Lynn, when you called to our office first thing you indicated was that you are looking for compensation for something that we are not at fault. Your accident happened 3days after we left your premises claiming that metal piece fell on your head.

We hired All-Rite Movers to move of our three-bedroom house in Oakville and it was the best move all around we’ve ever had. I don’t know anyone who enjoys the moving process. It’s an exhausting, stressful and time consuming experience. We had previously used a company that has franchises around Canada and the US and their service went downhill regardless of franchise.

It's not often that the owner of the company assesses the move requirements but Velin was great- over estimating time needed as a 'worst case" which we ended dup shaving off 3 hours on. He was spot on with the assessment of whether everything would fit-it did...just! That's experience for you. Other companies tried upselling us to two 24 ' trucjs but Velin was spot on with saying a 28' truck would wok and if not, we could add a small extra one for a few hundred dollars more if we needed to.

All Right Movers is a top notch company the fully deserves this 5 star rating. They moved us on Monday July 16th on one of the hottest days of the year. I could not be more pleased they way the day went..They were on time and ready to get to work. Martin and his team were professional in every way, courteous, respectful and hard working., We got 4 quotes for the 13 hour move {7 hours of driving} and decided to go with All Right due to the owner's demeanor during the walk through of our house.
