Quick and painless, was the whole process. Ms. Clark is professional yet remains approachable. The facility is a bit out of the way, but they have staff on-site 5 days a week, answering service after hours; plus there’s no way anyone’s getting inside the building after 10 pm!

I called on the last day of the month and Eddie was so kind to help us get a storage unit with the right size and the right price for our budget! Due to our work schedules, we knew that we would not be able to arrive at the facility until right before closing. Eddie stayed in contact with me throughout the day to make sure that we could still make it at the end of the day. Eddie was very professional and thorough with his information. The quality of the facility itself is EXCELLENT!

We just signed the lease on a unit today. We had a great experience with Eddie! He found us the perfect unit in the facility with a great location and walked us through everything needed. Facility looked clean, secure, and had good climate control. 10/10 would recommend. :D
