We hired them to help us move in December 2022. There was a box of keepsakes and sensitive electronics- we asked them not to move it and then we shoved it into the corner of the room away from all the other boxes/furniture. This was a mistake. They took the box anyways. They loaded it onto the top of their dolly and took it outside- when they went down the stairs of our front stoop the box fell off the top.

I recently had a terrible experience with this moving company, and I truly felt scammed. What should have been a straightforward move from our townhome to our new home turned into a frustrating ordeal that could have taken just 3 hours. Instead, they dragged it out to the full 6 hours they quoted, seemingly doing everything possible to extend the time and inflate the bill. Throughout the process, I watched as they took phone calls and chatted outside, while one worker did the bulk of the heavy lifting.

I agree with other reviewers that they were polite and happy. However they were so so slow and we definitely did not get what we paid for. We ended up moving the rest ourselves because my husband and I moved the majority of our house in two days and they took a full day to move a few things we already packed up. They also said the truck was full and had to move things and come back for a second trip. The truck did not look full to me. It felt like a rip off since they charge by hour.

Absolute joke of pricing. Only reason they don’t get 1 star is because they respond quickly. Got quoted $650-$750 for moving labor help. Everywhere else was $250-$350 for the exact same service. There is absolutely nothing All Smiles Moving could offer that make up for this price difference.

We were given a lengthy written contract to sign until the arrived Told us that Liana was extra $100. Charged 3.5 fee for debit card payment. Charged $100 fee for value of property. There was more. They didn’t install dryer correctly.

All Smiles Moving was ver accommodating, fast, friendly, careful and fair. I would use their service again and would recommend them to my friends and family.
The experience was great! The team showed up on time and handled things with care. Even when PODS were late, they accommodated and came when the PODS arrived. The house is four stories and not once did anyone complain or stop their work. They kept trekking until their mission was completed. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Service was great. We weren't quite ready when we should have been ready, and the white glove service came in very handy. Everyone was professional, and they did a great job. Awesome communication.
Smiles moving did a great job and were reasonably priced. The six people that came were just wonderful and worked efficiently. The only complaint I have is they broke some wheels off my quilting table, which cannot be replaced ans the table was special ordered and they accidentally ran into my challis on my house which will cost a lot to replace. The owner only offered me $100 to cover that which it’s going to cost quite a bit more to fix
